Seniority List: Update. The University will keep the seniority list up to date at all times and whenever a unit representative shall raise a question of seniority, shall make the seniority list available for his/her inspection for the purpose of settling the question. The University will, if requested by the Union, furnish a corrected seniority list every six months with the unit names and addresses. Within thirty (30) days after the ratification of this Agreement, and upon request thereafter during the term of this Agreement, the University shall give to the Union the names of all of its members covered by the Agreement together with their addresses as they appear on the records of the University. The Union shall receive and retain such information in confidence and shall disclose it only to those officials of the Union whose duties require them to have such information.

Seniority List: Update. The Board shall update the seniority lists on or before February 1 of each year. A copy of each seniority list and subsequent updated lists shall be given to the Association President(s). Any non-probationary employee who disagrees with his/her placement on the seniority lists shall have twenty (20) work days from the day the Association President(s) received the seniority list from the Superintendent to contact the Superintendent about such. Each non-probationary employee's name shall appear on every job category list for which the employee has District experience. Once non-probationary status is attained, seniority shall accrue from the first day of employment within a job category.

Seniority List: Update. Seniority lists shall be updated by March 31 of a school year if the District is contemplating a layoff. Seniority lists shall be upgraded, posted, and delivered to CSEA at the time layoff notices are issued.

  • Seniority List The Employer shall maintain a seniority list showing the date upon which each employee's service commenced. An up-to-date seniority list shall be sent to the Union and posted on all bulletin boards in January of each year.

  • Seniority Lists A copy of the seniority list will be posted by January 31st and July 31st of each calendar year on designated bulletin boards with a copy forwarded to the bargaining unit president. Said list shall be provided by the Superintendent to the Association President on or before the date of posting.

  • Seniority Unit Layoff List Selection shall next be made from the Seniority Unit Layoff List unless the vacancy is being filled by an employee with more classification seniority who has received notice of permanent layoff.

  • Seniority Tie Breaker The Employer and the Union agree that where there is a tie in seniority between two or more Employees, a determination of seniority shall be made in the following manner:
