Set up RequirementsUnless agreed otherwise in writing the parties will at least 15 Working Days prior to the commencement of the Hire Period agree in writing the Venue set up requirements for the Event, based on the following information: Event layout, including the provision of an Event layout plan if required under the Specific Terms; a) Event programme/timetable including all breaks / food & beverage requirements; b) Equipment and technical requirements c) Equipment being brought to the Venue d) Food and beverage requirements; e) Any other Services to be provided by EVR.
Set up Requirements. Oakridge Keg & Cask Festival reserves the right to reject an application. Any applicant that is rejected will be refunded the full amount of their deposit/booth space fee. Vendor agrees to begin setting up at the Festival site no sooner than 10:00 AM on the day of the Festival and removal of vehicle(s) by 2:00 PM on the day of the Festival, August 10,2024 ready to serve the public no later than 3:00 PM when the event begins. Vendors will only perform the activity for which their application was approved. Activity by the vendor outside the approved use may result in vendor forfeiting their booth space and being asked to leave the festival. All vendors will be respectful of other vendors and their booth space as well as festival patrons. Any use of smoke, fire or flame within the vendor’s booth will require the vendor to have a certified and compliant ABC fire extinguisher, 5# minimum, available at all times within the booth.

Set up Requirements. (a) A layout detailing specific requirements must be received by MANAGER at least fifteen business (15) days prior to the event. The layout must indicate stage or head table set up as well as room configuration and any other requests USER may have. In the event that changes are requested by USER once MANAGER sets up for the event, then USER will be subject to all labor charges then in effect to make such change(s). (b) Equipment prices apply only to items available in the Starlight Event Center inventory. Any equipment needs that are not included in the Starlight Event Center inventory will be billed in accordance with rates available from outside rental agencies as per Allied States Cooperative Contracts. The Starlight Event Center reserves the right to add any additional service fees on procurement of external equipment and services. (c) The Starlight Event Center is a no smoking facility by order of the City of El Paso. (d) MANAGER shall not be liable for any damages to any property of the USER however caused nor for any loss of property from or on said premises, however occurring. (e) A non-refundable deposit of 25% of total cost of room rental, equipment, and services will be required at the time of contractual agreement.

Set up RequirementsUnless agreed otherwise in the Venue Hire Agreement, the parties must, at least 10 Working Days before the commencement of the Hire Period have agreed in writing the Venue set up requirements and responsibilities for the Event, based on the following information: (a) Venue layout; (b) Event programme/timetable including all breaks/meals requirements; (c) Equipment and Technical requirements; (d) Equipment being brought to the Venue; (e) Food and beverage requirements; (f) The Hirer’s health and safety plan for the Event if required under Clause 16.1; and (g) All requirements as to the Services to be provided by the Venue Operator.
Set up Requirements. Any equipment brought in, outside of standard meeting equipment, must be approved on application. Items that may harm the museum collections will not be allowed. Live plants must be approved.

  • Tax Requirements The Participant is hereby advised to consult immediately with his or her own tax advisor regarding the tax consequences of this Agreement. The Company or, if applicable, any Subsidiary (for purposes of this Section 28, the term “Company” shall be deemed to include any applicable Subsidiary), shall have the right to deduct from all amounts hereunder paid in cash or other form, any Federal, state, local, or other taxes required by law to be withheld in connection with this Award. The Company may, in its sole discretion, also require the Participant receiving shares of Common Stock issued under the Plan to pay the Company the amount of any taxes that the Company is required to withhold in connection with the Participant’s income arising with respect to this Award. Such payments shall be required to be made when requested by the Company and may be required to be made prior to the delivery of any certificate representing shares of Common Stock. Such payment may be made (i) by the delivery of cash to the Company in an amount that equals or exceeds (to avoid the issuance of fractional shares under (iii) below) the required tax withholding obligations of the Company; (ii) if the Company, in its sole discretion, so consents in writing, the actual delivery by the exercising Participant to the Company of shares of Common Stock other than (A) Restricted Stock, or (B) Common Stock that the Participant has not acquired from the Company within six (6) months prior to the date of exercise, which shares so delivered have an aggregate Fair Market Value that equals or exceeds (to avoid the issuance of fractional shares under (iii) below) the required tax withholding payment; (iii) if the Company, in its sole discretion, so consents in writing, the Company’s withholding of a number of shares to be delivered upon the exercise of the Stock Option other than shares that will constitute Restricted Stock, which shares so withheld have an aggregate fair market value that equals (but does not exceed) the required tax withholding payment; or (iv) any combination of (i), (ii), or (iii). The Company may, in its sole discretion, withhold any such taxes from any other cash remuneration otherwise paid by the Company to the Participant.
