Shift Work for Vocational Instruction. Definition of Shifts Day Shift: All hours worked on any shift which starts between hours and hours inclusive. Afternoon Shift: All hours worked on any shift which starts between hours and hours inclusive. Night Shift: All hours worked on any shift which starts between hours and hours inclusive. Definition of Shift Premium For the term of this Agreement: Thirty-five cents (35 cents) per hour worked for afternoon shift; Forty cents (40 cents) per hour worked for night shift. Shift Premium Entitlement All vocational instructors working on afternoon or night shift as defined in Article above shall be paid the shift premium defined in Article above. An instructor working a full shift which begins between hours and hours inclusive shall receive the afternoon shift premium for all hours worked after hours inclusive. Instructors working a modified work week who, by their own volition, choose to begin their shift at a time which would ordinarily qualify them for a shift premium shall not be entitled to the premium. Instructors required to begin their shift at a time which would qualify them for a shift premium in accordance with the above provisions will receive the appropriate premium. Work Load for Faculty Effective Spring, regular full-time faculty teaching semester-based courses that are of duration to contact hours per week will have a seven-courseper year load. Faculty in Math, CIS and teach a six-course load per year. For faculty who are not laboratory instructors and whose load includes teaching a lab or a course with a full lab component, the lab or component shall count as of a course, The load for laboratory instructors is per year. For faculty in University College and Career Preparation, the workload will be six (6) courses per year. For faculty in the workload will be courses per year. The normal teaching duties for a full-time instructor who teaches in a program organized on a training-day basis or which is funded as a vocational program shall not normally exceed twenty-five (25) hours of classroom instruction per week. The assigned duty time for full-time non-classroom based faculty employees shall not normally exceed thirty-five (35) hours per week. The University College has a commitment to establishing a find to support scholarly activity, accessible to all faculty, as outlined in Article (Professional Development Funds).   • Additional Instructions Owner may issue additional instructions during the progress of the Work by means of Drawings or other media necessary to illustrate changes in the Work.

  • Instructional Framework The parties have agreed to the adopted evidence-based instructional framework developed by Xx. Xxxxxx Xxxxxxx and approved by OSPI. The instructional framework is included the appendix section of this agreement. Upon mutual agreement the parties may select a different OSPI- approved instructional framework.

  • REPORTING - NOTIFICATION A. Quarterly Reports In addition to any reports required pursuant to §19 or pursuant to any exhibit, for any contract having a term longer than 3 months, Local Agency shall submit, on a quarterly basis, a written report specifying progress made for each specified performance measure and standard in this Agreement. Such progress report shall be in accordance with the procedures developed and prescribed by the State. Progress reports shall be submitted to the State not later than five (5) Business Days following the end of each calendar quarter or at such time as otherwise specified by the State.

  • Special Instructions As used herein, the term "Special Instructions" shall mean Proper Instructions countersigned or confirmed in writing by the Treasurer or any Deputy or Assistant Treasurer of the applicable Fund or any other person designated by the Treasurer of such Fund in writing, which countersignature or confirmation shall be (i) included on the same instrument containing the Proper Instructions or on a separate instrument relating thereto, and (ii) delivered by hand, by facsimile transmission, or in such other manner as the applicable Fund and the Custodian agree in writing.

  • STOP WORK NOTICE The City may issue an immediate Stop Work Notice in the event the Contractor is observed performing in a manner that is in violation of Federal, State, or local guidelines, or in a manner that is determined by the City to be unsafe to either life or property. Upon notification, the Contractor will cease all work until notified by the City that the violation or unsafe condition has been corrected. The Contractor shall be liable for all costs incurred by the City as a result of the issuance of such Stop Work Notice.

  • Public Notification BellSouth will maintain on its Interconnection Services website a notification document that will indicate all Central Offices that are without available space. BellSouth shall update such document within ten (10) calendar days (in Mississippi, 10 business days) of the Denial of Application due to Space Exhaust. BellSouth will also post a document on its Interconnection Services website that contains a general notice where space has become available in a Central Office previously on the space exhaust list. BellSouth shall allocate said available space pursuant to the waiting list referenced in Section 2.5.
