Shifts and Lunch Periods. Section 12.1 of the agreement will apply except that all shifts shall be the number of 4x10 work schedule hours plus thirty (30) minutes (i.e., a ten (10) hour and thirty (30) minute period).

Shifts and Lunch Periods. Section 5.2 of the agreement will apply except that all shifts shall be the number of 4x10 work schedule hours plus 30 minutes (i.e., a ten hour and 30 minute period) for first shift and second shift. The third shift shall be a ten hour period which shall include a 30 minute paid lunch period. Each employee will be given a twenty minute rest period in each half of the shift to which they are assigned. The Company may assign an individual employee or groups of employees to any shift starting times, as necessary to meet operational requirements.

  • Lunch Periods All employees covered by this Agreement shall be entitled to an uninterrupted duty free lunch period after the employee has been on duty for four (4) hours. The length of time for such lunch period shall be for a period of no longer than one (1) hour nor less than one-half (1/2) hour and shall be scheduled for full-time employees at or about the midpoint of each work shift.

  • Lunch Period Employees who work five (5) hours or more shall be granted a thirty (30) minute, duty-free, uninterrupted lunch period, which may or may not be during the normal lunch hours.

  • Planning Periods Teachers in secondary schools shall receive not less than 225 minutes of unassigned planning time on a weekly basis and shall be scheduled for one unassigned planning period per day of not less than forty-five (45) consecutive minutes. Neither this provision, nor 8.8 below will apply during times when the normal school schedule must be adjusted during emergencies; or in cases when an individual teacher has requested in writing to teach more than the usual number of periods for teachers in that subject in that school, or in the case of a teacher who volunteers for other school activities during the scheduled unassigned planning period.

  • Meal Periods (a) Meal periods shall be scheduled as closely as possible to the middle of the workday. The length of the meal period shall be not less than thirty (30) minutes and not more than sixty (60) minutes.

  • Break Periods The parties agree that the paid rest period contemplated by Article 16(e) shall be taken during times that will not interfere with the operation of the Strong Start Centre.

  • Time Periods The nondisclosure provisions of this Agreement shall survive the termination of this Agreement and Receiving Party's duty to hold Confidential Information in confidence shall remain in effect until the Confidential Information no longer qualifies as a trade secret or until Disclosing Party sends Receiving Party written notice releasing Receiving Party from this Agreement, whichever occurs first.
