SHOP CARD. The Union Shop Card is the property of the United Food and Commercial Workers International Union Local No. , and is loaned to the Employer for display, who signs and abides by this Agreement. The Employer agrees at all times to display it in a conspicuous place. The Shop Card can be removed from any market by the President of the Union or his Deputy for any violation of this Agreement.

SHOP CARD. 7.1 The Union Shop Card (credit card) is the property of the Local Union #1189 at all times, and is loaned to the Employer while this contract is in effect.
SHOP CARD. The Union agrees to do all in its power to further the interests of the Employer signing this agreement and further agrees to furnish to the Employer at least one Union store card for each of the Employer’s stores covered by this agreement, to be dis­ played on the premises. Such cards shall remain the property of and shall be sur­ rendered to the Union upon demand. The Union further agrees that it will promote the welfare of the Employer’s business to the best of its ability among the various American Federation of Labor Unions in this locality and the public at large, so long as no grievance exists. No member of the Union shall suffer a reduction in wages by any provision in this contract.
SHOP CARD. “Shop Card” refers to a card issued by Costco that the cardholder can 4 use in place of cash in buying a Costco membership or Costco merchandise and services. Shop cards do 5 not expire and can be used by nonmembers as well as Costco members at any U.S. Costco warehouse or 6 Gas Station or Food Court or online at Xxxxxx.xxx. There is no fee for using a Shop Card.
