Full Pay Defined Clause Samples

The "Full Pay Defined" clause establishes what constitutes complete payment under the terms of an agreement. It typically outlines the specific amounts, timing, and acceptable methods of payment required for an obligation to be considered fully satisfied. For example, it may clarify whether partial payments, deductions, or set-offs are permitted, or if only the exact amount in a specified currency is acceptable. This clause ensures both parties have a clear understanding of when payment obligations are fully met, thereby reducing disputes over whether payment has been properly made.
