Shop Drawings and Submittals Review. Receive and review shop drawings and other technical submittals such as equipment, materials of construction, performance data and certifications, laboratory test results, and technical manuals submitted by the contractor as required by the contract documents. Provide all submittal documents and information to City for concurrence review/approval. Maintain a submittal log and file. Consider and evaluate alternatives or substitutions proposed by the contractor. Receive and review other submittals of the contractor including construction schedules, shop drawing/submittal schedules, lump sum price breakdowns, and other submittals required by the contract documents.
