SHORT CALL. Short call is a short form of on call (standby). Where short call is assigned, the nurse shall only be required to be available for the first two (2) hours of the shift. On call (standby) pay will be paid during this two (2) hour period. When called in from short call (standby), the nurse shall not be sent home for the remainder of the shift, unless mutually agreed otherwise. Travel time to and from the hospital shall not be considered time worked. This subsection shall not apply to Children’s Consulting Nurses and Urgent Care Clinic Nurses.

If the last day of the Short Call is Friday, the Employee may work the weekend and shall report to IBEW Local 46 Dispatch Office on Monday.   • Delivery Schedule The scheduled months of delivery of the Aircraft are listed in the attached Table 1. Exhibit B describes certain responsibilities for both Customer and Boeing in order to accomplish the delivery of the Aircraft.

  • Customer Notification By executing this Agreement, the Advisor acknowledges that as required by the Advisers Act the Sub-Advisor has supplied to the Advisor and the Trust copies of the Sub-Advisor’s Form ADV with all exhibits and attachments (including the Sub-Advisor’s statement of financial condition) and will promptly supply to the Advisor copies of all amendments or restatements of such document.   • Minimum Orders Client may order Manufacturing Services for batches of Products only in multiples of the Minimum Order Quantities as set out in Schedule B to a Product Agreement.

  • Schedule The Work shall be performed as expeditiously as possible in conformity with the schedule requirements contained herein and in the Statement of Work. The draft and final versions of all deliverables shall be submitted by the dates specified in the Exhibit A Schedule and Project Period noted in Item No. 7 of this Agreement. It is understood and agreed that the delivery of the draft and final versions of such deliverables by the Contractor shall occur in a timely manner and in accordance with the requirements of the Exhibit A Schedule.

  • SCHEDULE OF SERVICES Consultant shall perform the Services in a prompt and timely manner in accordance with the Schedule of Services set forth in Exhibit "B" attached hereto and incorporated herein by reference. Consultant represents that it has the professional and technical personnel required to perform the Services expeditiously. Upon request of City, Consultant shall provide a more detailed schedule of anticipated performance to meet the Schedule of Services.
