Sick Leave Annual Bonus. After an employee has attained the maximum accumulation of one hundred and fifty (150) days of sick leave (twelve hundred hours) (1,200), he/she will become eligible to accumulate sick leave, on an annual basis of up to twelve (12) days of sick leave (ninety-six hours). If a required sick day was taken in accordance with the contract, the employee would be able to draw from this annual accumulation, however, for any remaining sick leave accumulated during that year the Village would grant vacation in accordance with the following schedule to be taken during the subsequent year: 12 days accumulated – 5 days vacation 9-11 days accumulated – 4 days vacation 7-8 days accumulated – 3 days vacation 5-6 days accumulated – 2 days vacation 3-4 days accumulated – 1 day vacation 0-2 days accumulated – 0 days vacation. Each year is treated separately, and each year is an accumulation by itself. Further, the vacation calculations start over each year.

  • Sick Leave Annual Cash Out ‌ Each January, employees are eligible to receive cash on a one (1) hour for four (4) hours basis for ninety-six (96) hours or less of their accrued sick leave, if:

  • Sick Leave Bonus For every six (6) months of perfect sick leave attendance after July 1, 1987, the employee will receive eight (8) hours of bonus time. This bonus time will be prorated for part-time employees. Such bonus time can be used for any leave purpose covered by this Agreement. Such bonus time shall be counted as vacation leave credits for purposes of determining eligibility for carry- over and cash payments.

  • Sick Leave Payment Any employee, at his/her option may choose to receive payment for sick leave earned during the year which is unused at the end of the year. Any such payment must be for the total number of unused sick leave hours earned during the year, must be based on the hourly rate of pay of the employee multiplied by 50 percent, and all hours for which payment is received must be deducted from the employee’s accumulated leave balance. Sick leave used during a current year will be charged against the most recently earned sick leave. Hourly rate of pay is the hourly rate at the end of the contract year.

  • Sick Leave Payout No cash payment for unused sick leave will be paid to any employee leaving the service of the Employer.

  • Annual Bonus In addition to Annual Base Salary, Executive shall be awarded, for each fiscal year ending during the Employment Period, an annual bonus (the “Annual Bonus”) in cash at least equal to Executive’s highest annual bonus for the last three full fiscal years prior to the Effective Date (annualized in the event that Executive was not employed by the Company for the whole of such fiscal year). Each such Annual Bonus shall be paid no later than the end of the third month of the fiscal year next following the fiscal year for which the Annual Bonus is awarded, unless Executive shall elect to defer the receipt of such Annual Bonus.

  • Sick Leave Incentive Effective September 1, 1986, employees covered by this Agreement, hired on or after October 1, 1977, who are not entitled to disability leave under State Statute R.C.W. 41.26, shall be eligible for the following sick leave incentive program:

  • Sick Leave Pay A Nurse granted sick leave shall be paid for the period of such leave at her or his regular hourly rate of pay and the number of hours thus paid shall be deducted from the accumulated sick leave credits of the Nurse.

  • Vacation Year The vacation year shall be April 1 to March 31, inclusive.

  • SHIFT BONUS 7:01 A day shift shall be a shift that commences after 4:30 a.m. and at or before 10:00 a.m. on the same day.

  • CHRISTMAS BONUS 16.01 All part-time employees on the payroll of the Company as of December 1st in any year who have completed six (6) months' continuous service with the Company shall be entitled to a Christmas Bonus of fifteen ($l5.00) dollars payable on or before December 15th.
