Subcontract Change Orders. TriMark and the Subcontractor agree that TriMark may add to or deduct from the amount of the Work covered by this Subcontract Agreement, and any changes so made in the amount of the Work involved, or any other parts of this Subcontract Agreement, shall be by a written Change Order setting forth in detail the changes involved and the value of such which shall be mutually agreed upon between TriMark and the Subcontractor, and contingent upon receipt of the same from Prime Contractor or Owner. The Subcontractor agrees to proceed with the Work as changed when so directed in writing by a construction change directive which shall be a written instrument providing instructions on the addition, reduction or alteration to the Work and which may defer the agreement of the price of such change to the execution of a Change Order, issued by TriMark or the Prime Contractor or Owner so as not to delay the progress of the Work, and pending any determination of the value, in the interest of clarity Subcontractor shall commence with changes as directed through a construction change order and shall not delay commencement for final agreement on value or change in schedule arising from the directed changes. TriMark shall not make changes in Work, whether additions, deletions or other revisions in any manner except by written Change Order or construction change directive. If TriMark requests a proposal of cost for a change, the Subcontractor shall promptly comply with such request.

Subcontract Change Orders. Changes to the Subcontract Price or Subcontract Schedule may only be made in accordance with this section. Without notice to or the consent of Subcontractor’s surety, Contractor may at any time direct changes in Subcontractor’s Work consisting of additions, deletions, reductions, or other revisions to the Scope of Work and/or Subcontract Schedule (“Subcontract Change Order”). A Subcontract Change Order may arise from changes to the Work or Project schedule initiated by or the responsibility of Owner (“Owner Direction”). All Subcontract Change Orders shall be signed by the representative of Contractor authorized to issue such Subcontract Change Orders. Work reflected in a Subcontract Change Order is referenced hereinafter as “Subcontract Change Order Work.”

  • Change Orders Any alteration or deviation from the Services mentioned or any other contractual specifications that result in a revision of this Agreement shall be executed and attached to this Agreement as a change order (“Change Order”).

  • Contract Task Order A-E shall be assigned work via a task order by COUNTY which shall subsequently be referred to as the “Contract Task Order” (hereinafter “CTO”). A CTO for each project shall be developed by A-E in conjunction with COUNTY Project Management staff. The COUNTY Project Manager shall manage all A-E’s work including monitoring the CTO work schedule, quality of deliverables, review of invoiced amounts, adherence to set budget, and internal review of submittal packages. A-E shall follow all requirements as outlined in the CTO; this general Scope of Work, the project specific Scope Statement, and the Architect-Engineer Guide (Rev July 2018). The CTO shall include a detailed Scope Statement, describing tasks to be performed with a specific list of deliverables for each task, schedule of work and cost to complete the work. The schedule of work shall allow enough time for meetings with COUNTY Management staff to review the work progress, provide technical and policy direction, resolve problems and ensure adherence to the work completion schedule. The CTO shall include a cover sheet provided by COUNTY Project Management staff with the appropriate signature blocks and contract information. Once both Parties agree, and all Parties have signed the CTO, COUNTY Management staff shall provide A-E with a Notice to Proceed (NTP) to begin work. A-E shall submit all plans, reports and other documents produced under the CTO to the assigned COUNTY Project Manager within the timeframe indicated in the CTO or as directed by COUNTY Project Management staff.
