Supervision and Coordination. Contractor shall: Competently and efficiently, supervise and direct the implementation and completion of all contract requirements specified herein. Designate in its bid or proposal to Seattle, a representative(s) with the authority to legally commit Contractor’s firm. All communications given or received from the Contractor’s representative shall be binding on the Contractor. Promote and offer to Purchasers only those materials, equipment and/or services as stated herein and allowed for by contractual requirements. Violation of this condition will be grounds for contract termination.
Supervision and Coordination. Unless otherwise provided in the Contract Documents, the Contractor will be responsible for the supervision and coordination of the Work, including the construction means, methods, techniques, sequences, and procedures utilized.

Supervision and Coordination. During the term of this Agreement, each party shall appoint a representative who will be authorized, empowered and available to act for and on behalf of each to implement the terms and conditions of this Agreement.

The acts of contract such as the assessment, acceptance and settlement of both Party A and Party B shall be supervised, inspected and guided by their joint parent company - Yankuang Group Company Limited, which also assists them to deal with external relationship and coordinate to resolve major issues.

The consulting company will be supervised by the General Coordination of the Bioamazon Project, and the Technical Advisory Team appointed by the PS/ACTO, who will have access to all the documentation used and/or produced in any stage of execution of this consultancy and will be able stipulate the necessary technical observations for its optimal execution. Due to the global health emergency of the COVID-19 pandemic, the work of the consulting company may be carried out remotely in the different stages; Therefore, continuous virtual meetings will be held to coordinate and monitor the execution of activities, using virtual means (Skype, zoom, Google meet, and others) with the technical staff of the Executing Unit (UE) of the Bioamazon Project.
Supervision and Coordination. The consultant will be under the supervision of the Project Coordination, the Executive Directorate of the PS/ACTO and the Project technical National Focal Point GWCMC, who will have access to all the documentation used and/or generated at any stage of the realization of the consultancy and may make the technical observations it deems necessary for the optimal execution of same. In accordance with the objectives of this consultancy, coordination and follow-up meetings will be held with the Project technical National Focal Point GWCMC, and with the Executing Unit of the Bioamazon Project at the PS/ACTO.
Supervision and Coordination. 2. The Borrower shall:
(a) maintain policies and procedures adequate to enable it to monitor and evaluate on an ongoing basis, in accordance with indicators specified in Schedule 5 to this Agreement, the carrying out of the Project and the achievement of the objectives thereof;
(b) prepare, under terms of reference satisfactory to the Association, and furnish to the Association, on or about September 30, 2007, a report integrating the results of the monitoring and evaluation activities performed pursuant to paragraph (a) of this Section, on the progress achieved in the carrying out of the Project during the period preceding the date of said report and setting out the measures recommended to ensure the efficient carrying out of the Project and the achievement of the objectives thereof during the period following such date; and
(c) review with the Association, by November 30, 2007, or such later date as the Association shall request, the report referred to in paragraph (b) of this Section, and, thereafter, take all measures required to ensure the efficient completion of the Project and the achievement of the objectives thereof, based on the conclusions and recommendations of the said report and the Association’s views on the matter.

A. Be required to perform all work under this contract using the companies own employees carried on payroll.
B. Competently and efficiently, supervise and direct the implementation and completion of all contract requirements specified herein.
C. Designate in its bid to the state, a representative(s) with the authority to legally commit Contractor's firm along with the address, telephone and e-mail contact information for that individual. All communications given or received from the Contractor's representative shall be binding on the Contractor.
D. Promote and offer to Purchasers only those materials, equipment, and/or services as stated herein and allowed for by contractual requirements. Violation of this condition will be grounds for contract termination.
Supervision and Coordination. During the term of this Agreement, the Developer and LFC Co. will each appoint a representative who will be authorized, empowered and available to act for and on behalf of each to implement the terms and conditions of this Agreement, the License, and Operating Agreement. The Developer's representative shall be designated in writing to represent the Developer and shall not be replaced, except with the prior written consent of the LFC Co., which consent shall not be unreasonably withheld. All directions given to the Developer's representative shall be as binding as if given directly to the Developer, and all decisions made by the Developer's representative shall bind the Developer. All information given to LFC Co.'s representative shall be as binding as if given directly to LFC Co. Any and all decisions made or directions given, by LFC Co.'s representative to the Developer shall be made only with the consent of SGI, provided that in the event of such consent such decisions shall be binding on LFC Co.
