Supply of Personnel. The personnel who are designated by the Service Provider shall be fit for their respective assignments, and their qualifications shall be acceptable to the Principal.

Supply of Personnel. 3.5.1 The personnel who are proposed by the Consultant to work in the Country shall be suitably qualified and experienced to perform the duties allocated to them and have the necessary licence, permits and approvals to undertake such duties and shall be subject to acceptance by the Client; such acceptance shall not be unreasonably withheld. 3.5.2 Consultant’s personnel shall at all times act diligently, ethically and honestly, in compliance with the Client’s health, safety and other such standards and policies. The Consultant shall ensure its personnel do not otherwise act in a manner which disrupts the Client’s operations, business reputation, interests or goodwill.
Supply of Personnel. 1.1 Each of MIUK and BB shall use its reasonable endeavours to provide the MIUK Personnel or the BB Personnel (as appropriate) to YLL at such times and for such periods and either on a full or part time basis as may be required by YLL in its performance of the Concession Agreement. 1.2 The MIUK Personnel and the BB Personnel shall be deemed to be acting for and on behalf of YLL (to the extent that they would otherwise be acting for and on behalf of their respective employers in the performance of their normal duties) and shall at all times receive their instruction from YLL's Managing Director or his deputy. In the case of YLL's Managing Director he shall receive his instructions from the Board of YLL. 1.3 The MIUK Personnel and the BB Personnel shall be suitably qualified and professionally competent (the grades, numbers and individuals to be agreed between the parties). Except where otherwise agreed, each of MIUK and BB (as appropriate) shall provide YLL with details of their qualifications and experience. 1.4 MIUK and BB shall not change MIUK Personnel or BB Personnel seconded hereunder without prior consultation with YLL, provided that each of MIUK and BB reserves the right to replace MIUK Personnel and BB Personnel, as appropriate, with other suitably qualified and professionally competent MIUK Personnel or BB Personnel, as appropriate. 1.5 The MIUK Personnel and the BB Personnel to be seconded under this agreement on a full-time and part-time basis are to be agreed between the parties.

Each Party shall appoint an officer, employee or individual to serve as its representative toward supply or receipt of the Service with full authority to act on its behalf in connection with this Agreement (hereinafter, the “Representative”), the initial Representatives having been identified in accordance with Annex J (Representatives). Any restriction placed by either Party on its Representative’s authority shall be notified to the other Party in writing in order to be effective. The Representatives may delegate their authority by notice in writing specifying the identity of the delegate and specifying the scope of authority so delegated. In addition to the appointment of a Representative in accordance with this Clause 5.2, to the extent required by the Principal, the Service Provider shall designate an individual to liaise with the Representative of the Principal in each country where the Project is implemented. Changes in Personnel. To the extent necessary to replace any person among personnel or Representative of either Party engaged toward provision or receipt of the Service, the Party responsible for the appointment of such person shall immediately arrange for replacement of the appointed person by another person of comparable competence. The costs of such replacement shall be borne by the Party responsible for the appointment, except that if the replacement is requested by the other Party,

Supply of Personnel. The personnel who are proposed by the Consultant to provide the Services shall be subject to acceptance by the Client, acting reasonably with regard to the relevant qualifications and experience of such personnel. The Consultant shall not remove any key personnel from the Services without the Client’s prior written consent.
Supply of Personnel. (a) All personnel provided by Supplier for carrying out the Order shall at all times be deemed to be in the employment of Supplier, and shall comply in all respects with site rules applicable to the Company’s premises. (b) Supplier shall retain in force during the period of performance of the Order policies of third party liability insurance and employer’s liability insurance and shall upon request produce to the Company evidence of the terms of such policies and of the payment up-to-date of al premiums thereunder.
Supply of Personnel. A. CONTRACTOR shall at all times be the sole employer of its employees. CONTRACTOR shall have the sole responsibility for the preparation of payroll and the payment of said employee's wages and compensation, including but not limited to vacation pay, sick leave, medical facilities, remittances, allowances, insurance, termination pay, bonuses and taxes and in complying with all applicable labor and taxation regulations. B. All employees of CONTRACTOR shall be thoroughly screened and qualified for the jobs to which they are assigned. Upon COMPANY'S written request, CONTRACTOR shall provide documentary evidence specifying the background and qualifications of its personnel. C. COMPANY may request CONTRACTOR at any time, by written notice, to remove forthwith at its own cost and expense any employee, and replace him immediately with a duly qualified employee, in the following circumstances: a) where the worker is guilty of misconduct, whether in the course of his duties or otherwise, inconsistent with the express or implied conditions of this Agreement; or b) incompetence in his/her duties; or c) for negligence in the performance of his/her duties; or d) for neglect or disregard of applicable safety requirements of CONTRACTOR or of a regulatory agency having jurisdiction. D. COMPANY shall not pay any fee, commission, rebate or anything of value to, or for the benefit of, any employee of CONTRACTOR.
