Supply of Personnel. 3.5.1 The personnel who are proposed by the Consultant to work in the Country shall be suitably qualified and experienced to perform the duties allocated to them and have the necessary licence, permits and approvals to undertake such duties and shall be subject to acceptance by the Client; such acceptance shall not be unreasonably withheld.

Curriculum Vitaes should be attached to this Annex for each person listed and must be signed by the individual assuring their availability to the Contractor and their commitment to the Study. The Contractor hereby agrees that the personnel listed in this Annex will be utilized to perform the Study.
