TECHNICIAN, SERVICE. An employee who is qualified to perform work on electric meter service panels rated a maximum of 240 V line within a six-month period and without direct supervision can perform electric cut-ins, make electric and gas cut-outs, and self-contained single-phase meter exchanges. Will be required to troubleshoot communication failures at the electric meter level or gas communication module. May be asked to repair a communication failure by exchanging electric meter or gas communication module. Employee must complete training course and demonstrate working knowledge and proficiency in the craft for which they work. Must be qualified as a Meter Reader as they may be asked those duties. Will be required to inspect service points to detect tampers, diversion, vandalism and service hazards.. Must be thoroughly familiar with Company Safety Rules 7155 *TECHNICIAN, SHIFT, INSTRUMENT & CONTROL, XXXXX An employee who is a graduate of an accredited two-year technician educational institution in a field related to one of the engineering sciences, or possesses the equivalent knowledge, and is qualified by training to install, calibrate, and test instruments and meters used in steam, hydro, diesel and gas turbine power plants, and who is further qualified by training and education to install, calibrate, test and service complex automatic control systems such as combustion controls, chlorination equipment, distributive control systems, etc., in order to obtain efficient operation. May perform, under direction, corrective measure to improve the performance of equipment. Must be able to understand relatively complex technical problems and perform a wide variety of non-routine tasks where only general methods of procedure are available. Must be able to plan and conduct tests on various power plant equipment, perform test calculations, interpret the results and prepare detailed test reports, graphs, etc. May perform other related duties as required including plant operating duties that he has been trained to perform. (This position is a shift employee and is subject to the current 12-hour shift scheduled agreement and/or applicable sections of Title 6 in the Collective Bargaining Agreement.)

TECHNICIAN, SERVICE. 18.2.2.1. If the IAA has issued a request for Technician Service, the Supplier shall be obliged to provide the IAA with the Technician Service for the daily fee of Euro 300 (the “Daily Fee”), in addition to Travel Expenses (as defined below). The flight days to Israel and back shall be considered as one working day for which the Supplier shall be entitled to receive the Daily Fee. In the event that the Supplier sends an Israeli technician, the IAA shall pay for such visit according to the IAA's customary tariffs for such service (based on MOF General Accountant tariffs). The IAA shall decide in coordination with the Supplier if the Supplier may send an Israeli technician or one of the Supplier's technicians from abroad. 18.2.2.2. In addition to the Daily Fee, the IAA shall pay for Supplier's personnel flight tickets and hotel accommodations, according to the customary IAA procedure the following travel expenses (the "Travel Expenses"): (a) Cost of economy flights of Supplier's technician to Israel and return flight to the Supplier’s main office location; and (b) Out of pocket expenses such as accommodation, dining and local travel during the visit, up to a total of 200 Euros (or the equivalent) (including all taxes) per day, according to the total number of days set forth in the work order of such Technician Service. 18.2.2.3. The Daily Fee and Travel Expenses shall serve as a complete and final compensation for the Technician Service, and the Supplier hereby waives any claim and/or demand from the IAA in this respect. 18.2.2.4. Payments will be made against a legal tax invoice, if applicable, within 30 days from the end of each Technician Service.

If the IAA has issued a request for additional Technician Service (beyond the Annual Technician Visits and Critical Malfunction Visit that are included as part of the Maintenance Services), the Supplier shall be obliged to provide the IAA with the Technician Service for a daily fee (8 hours) for technician, as applicable, specified by the Supplier in its Proposal (the “Daily Fee”), in addition to Travel Expenses (as defined below). The flight days to Israel and back shall be considered as one working day for which the Supplier shall be entitled to receive the Daily Fee. 19.2.3.2. In addition to the Daily Fee, the IAA shall pay for Supplier's personnel flight tickets and hotel accommodations, according to the customary IAA procedure the following travel expenses (the "Travel Expenses"): (a) Cost of economy flights of Supplier's technician to Israel and return flight to the Supplier’s main office location; and (b) Out of pocket expenses such as accommodation, dining and local travel during the visit, up to a total of 200 Euros (or the equivalent) (including all taxes) per day, according to the total number of days set forth in the work order of such Technician Service. 19.2.3.3. TECHNICIAN, SERVICE. An employee who is qualified to perform work on electric meter service panels rated a maximum of 240 V line and use breakers to turn on/turn off services on meter service panels with ratings greater than 240 V(with no removal of meter from socket). Within a six (6) month period and without direct supervision can perform electric cut-ins and elec- tric cut-outs and self-contained single phase meter exchanges. Employee must complete training course and demonstrate working knowledge and proficiency in the craft for which they work. Must have three (3) years' experi- ence and qualifications as a Meter Reader as they may be asked to perform those duties. Will be required to inspect and report on tampered, inverted and switched electric meters and to report broken meter seals. Required to make independent decisions as necessary to satisfy customer needs. Must be qualified to speak professionally to custom- ers, always being courteous and respectful. Must be able to deal with change and difficult situations. Must be thor- oughly familiar with Company Safety Rules.

  • Contractor Personnel Contractor's staff is expected to present a professional appearance. All personnel of the Contractor will be neat, well groomed, properly uniformed in industry standard uniforms and are expected to conduct themselves at all times in a responsible and courteous manner while performing any work under this Agreement and/or whenever they are on District property. The following code of conduct will be adhered to by the Contractor, his agent(s) and/or his employees. If Contractor fails to ensure that its employees or other agents comply with these requirements, then Contractor may be terminated for cause under this Agreement: A. All employees of the Contractor shall wear a recognizable uniform. No hats will be worn inside the building. All of Contractor’s employees and agents performing work must carry a government-issued photo ID. Contractor’s employees and agents will present ID to District Staff upon request. This provision will be strictly enforced. B. The use of tobacco or tobacco products on Board property is prohibited by State law. C. The Contractor will not be permitted to utilize Day Labor or Temporary Workers to provide any services at any District facility. This includes any employees or agents that are hired prior to contract award. Failure to comply with this requirement could result in immediate termination of contract with the Contractor liable for any breach, including liquidated damages for delay damages and/or forfeiture of Performance Bond. D. The Contractor or employees or agents of the Contractor are not permitted to play loud music, to make unnecessary noises, or to use vulgar or inappropriate language that causes offense to others. E. The employment of unauthorized or illegal aliens by the Contractor is considered a violation of Section 247A (e) of the Immigration and Naturalization Act. If the Contractor knowingly employs unauthorized aliens, such a violation shall also be cause for termination of this Agreement. F. Possession of firearms will not be tolerated on Board property. No person who has a firearm in their vehicle will be permitted to park on District property. Any employee of the Contractor found in violation of this policy will be immediately asked to leave, and will not be allowed to return to perform further work without the consent of the District. G. The Contractor certifies that he/she will not engage in the unlawful manufacture, sale distribution, dispensation, possession, or use of a controlled substance or drug during the performance of the contract and that a drug-free workplace will be provided for the Contractor’s employees or agents during the performance of the contract. The Contractor also certifies that he will secure from any subcontractor who works on the contract, written certification of the same drug free workplace requirements. False certification or violation by failing to carry out requirements of O.C.G.A. § 50-24-3 may cause suspension, termination of contract, or debarment of such bidder Please Note: If any employee or agent of the Contractor or Sub-contractor is found to have brought a firearm on District property, the Contractor or Sub-contractor shall prohibit them from continuing to perform any work on District property. If the Contractor or Sub-contractor fails to do so, then the District may terminate this Agreement for cause as set forth below.

  • Contractor’s Services shall be performed in accordance with generally accepted professional practices and principles and in a manner consistent with the level of care and skill ordinarily exercised by members of Contractor’s profession currently practicing under similar conditions. Contractor shall comply with the profession’s standard of performance, applicable laws, regulations, and industry standards. By delivery of completed work, Contractor certifies that the work conforms to the requirements of this Agreement and all applicable federal, state and local laws. If Contractor is retained to perform services requiring a license, certification, registration or other similar requirement under California law, Contractor shall maintain that license, certification, registration or other similar requirement throughout the term of this Agreement.

  • DEPENDENT PERSONAL SERVICES 1. Subject to the provisions of Articles 16, 18 and 19, salaries, wages and other similar remuneration derived by a resident of a Contracting State in respect of an employment shall be taxable only in that State unless the employment is exercised in the other Contracting State. If the employment is so exercised, such remuneration as is derived therefrom may be taxed in that other State. 2. Notwithstanding the provisions of paragraph 1, remuneration derived by a resident of a Contracting State in respect of an employment exercised in the other Contracting State shall be taxable only in the first-mentioned State if: a) the recipient is present in the other State for a period or periods not exceeding in the aggregate 183 days in any twelve-month period commencing or ending in the tax year concerned, and b) the remuneration is paid by, or on behalf of, an employer who is not a resident of the other State, and c) the remuneration is not borne by a permanent establishment or a fixed base which the employer has in the other State. 3. Notwithstanding the preceding provisions of this Article, remuneration derived in respect of an employment exercised aboard a ship or aircraft operated in international traffic by a resident of a Contracting State, may be taxed in that State.

  • Contractor Key Personnel ‌ The Contractor shall assign a Corporate OASIS SB Program Manager (COPM) and Corporate OASIS SB Contract Manager (COCM) as Contractor Key Personnel to represent the Contractor as primary points-of-contact to resolve issues, perform administrative duties, and other functions that may arise relating to OASIS SB and task orders solicited and awarded under OASIS SB. Additional Key Personnel requirements may be designated by the OCO at the task order level. There is no minimum qualification requirements established for Contractor Key Personnel. Additionally, Contractor Key Personnel do not have to be full-time positions; however, the Contractor Key Personnel are expected to be fully proficient in the performance of their duties. The Contractor shall ensure that the OASIS SB CO has current point-of-contact information for both the COPM and COCM. In the event of a change to Contractor Key Personnel, the Contractor shall notify the OASIS SB CO and provide all Point of Contact information for the new Key Personnel within 5 calendar days of the change. All costs associated with Contractor Key Personnel duties shall be handled in accordance with the Contractor’s standard accounting practices; however, no costs for Contractor Key Personnel may be billed to the OASIS Program Office. Failure of Contractor Key Personnel to effectively and efficiently perform their duties will be construed as conduct detrimental to contract performance and may result in activation of Dormant Status and/or Off-Ramping (See Sections H.16. and H.17.).

  • Contractor Services Emerald has contracted, on an exclusive basis, with official contractors to provide certain services for the Event. Service companies other than the official contractors will not be allowed to perform any of these exclusive services. Non-exclusive services may be performed by exhibitor-appointed contractors (“EACs”) within certain guidelines. Please refer to the Exhibitor Service Manual for a listing of exclusive services and EAC guidelines.
