TEMPORARY WATER SERVICE. Application for temporary water service shall be made in writing on a form provided by Casitas. Temporary service is intended primarily for construction and sanitary sewer flushing purposes. Provision of temporary water service shall not be considered mandatory, but shall be made at the sole discretion of Casitas. Temporary service will not be provided in those instances where Casitas determines that a permanent service would be more appropriate. Such determination by Casitas will be based in part upon the ultimate classification of the service to the applicant. Temporary water service, including temporary irrigation service, may be provided for a maximum period of six months. Periods of time in excess of six months may be approved by the Board of Directors. Casitas may remove such service at any time for any reason. Temporary irrigation service shall comply with all the applicable portions of Section 9, Water Rates, and Section 15, “Water Supply and Interruption of Delivery.”

TEMPORARY WATER SERVICE. A. Provide temporary water service and distribution piping of sizes and pressures adequate for construction purposes throughout the construction period and until permanent service is in use, including but not limited to following uses:
TEMPORARY WATER SERVICE. 1. The General Contractor shall provide and pay for all temporary water and connections for water used for construction operations until the building is complete and turned over to the Owner. The Contractor will pay for the supply cost from the local municipality. Water for compaction and watering of sod shall be trucked to the site and paid by for the General Contractor.
TEMPORARY WATER SERVICE. The terms and conditions to establish temporary water service are for the purposes of providing water service during the construction phase of a home or dwelling and such agreement is valid for 90 days. Once the home or dwelling is completed, additional requirements must be met prior to establishment of permanent water service. Those requirements include, but are not necessarily limited to the following: (1) a completed Applicant Service Inspection by an inspector certified by the State of Texas; (2) a proper, valid permit or license for an on-site wastewater system as required by state or local statute, rule or ordinance. Temporary water service may be renewed up to two (2) 90-day periods provided the applicant shows good cause for delays in obtaining permanent water service. * PERMANENT SERVICE ESTABLISHED ON: * APPLICANT SERVICE INSPECTION ON FILE? YES NO ENFORCEMENT: If the Applicant fails to comply with the terms of the Service Agreement, the System shall at its option either terminate service or properly install, test, and maintain an appropriate backflow prevention device at the service connection. Any expenses associated with the enforcement of this agreement shall be billed to the Applicant.
TEMPORARY WATER SERVICE. A. The Owner will pay the cost of temporary water. Exercise measures to conserve energy. Utilize the Owner's existing water system, extend and supplement with temporary devices as needed to maintain the specified conditions for construction operations.
