Term and Purpose. Long term leaves may be granted for up to one (1) year to those employees who have served the District a minimum of five (5) years. Leaves shall be granted for the purpose of study, travel, exchange programs, medical recuperation, child care needs which require the employee's permanent presence in the home and other such reasons pending board approval. Upon return from leave the employee shall be placed in a similar position in the District.
Term and Purpose. The principal business activity and purposes of the Company shall be the ownership and operation of XXXXX™ bread cafes and the marketing, licensing and sale of products and services using the XXXXX™ trade name, or any successor trade name. An additional business and purpose of the Company, which may not be operated for profit purposes, is the promotion of social and environmental change by supporting positive business practices, as determined by the Manager, including reducing inequality, lowering poverty levels, creating more sustainability for our environment, and building stronger communities. The business and purposes of the Company shall be limited to the foregoing principal business activities and any incidental business necessary or convenient to the conduct, promotion or attainment of the business purposes or activities of the Company. The term of the Company’s existence (the “Term”) commenced on the filing of the Articles and will continue until terminated in accordance with the provisions of this Agreement.
Term and Purpose. RTFC agrees to make advances to the Borrower pursuant to the terms of this Agreement ("Advances") in an amount not to exceed the Commitment or such lesser amount as may be approved by RTFC in accordance with the terms and conditions hereof. RTFC shall not be obligated to make any Advances hereunder after two years from the date hereof (the "Termination Date"). All amounts outstanding hereunder shall be due and payable on August 30, 2000 (the "Maturity Date"). The Borrower agrees that all Advances hereunder shall be used solely for the purpose of (i) financing the purchase and installation of new hardware and related software to support Borrower's Line Information Data Base operation and other RTFC approved items; and (ii) purchasing a Subordinated Capital Certificate ("SCC").
Term and Purpose. 2.1 This Agreement shall commence on the Effective Date and shall continue in force until the tenth (10) anniversary of the Effective Date unless terminated in respect of all the Parties in accordance with Clause 21 (the "Term").
2.2 During the Term, the Parties shall use all reasonable endeavours to cooperate and collaborate with one another in order to deliver the VPA Bus Strategy and achieve the Purpose.
Term and Purpose. The Lessee agrees to use and occupy the premises for offices and operating space for telemarketing facility, and no other purpose, for a term of _____________________ years, said lease term beginning on September 1, 1994 and ending on August 31, 2004, unless sooner terminated as hereinafter provided.
Term and Purpose. (a) The term of this Agreement shall commence upon execution by the Commissioner of the County of Westchester Department of Environmental Facilities, and terminate on September 30, 2023, unless sooner terminated as hereinafter provided.
(b) The Municipality shall, at its sole cost and expense, arrange for the collection of residential food scraps, as later defined herein, either through curbside collection arranged for or collected by the Municipality, or by establishing one (1) dedicated food scrap drop-off collection point using toters for collection.
(c) All toters used in connection with this IMA shall be 64 gallons in size (“Toters”) and shall be clearly and permanently marked with appropriate “Recycling” and “Food Scrap” designations.
(d) The Municipality shall not accept commercial food scraps or food waste for handling, transportation, and/or disposal in connection with this IMA.
Term and Purpose. 1. The term of lease for the 6th Floor of Building B1 shall commence from January 1, 2013 and end on March 31, 2015.
2. The term of lease for the five floors from 1st Floor to 5th Floor of Building B1 shall commence from April 1, 2013 and end on March 31, 2015.
3. The term of lease for Room 316-318 at 3rd Floor of Building A2 shall commence from April 1, 2013 and end on March 31, 2015.
4. Party B undertakes to Party A that the leased premises hereunder be used only as offices.
5. Party A shall have the right to withdraw and Party B shall timely return the leased premises hereunder upon the expiry of the term of lease hereunder. If intending to renew the lease hereunder upon the expiry of the term thereof, Party B shall notify Party A of such intention in writing at least 2 months prior to such expiry and, with the consent of Party A thereto, shall execute a new lease contract with respect to such renewal.
Term and Purpose. 1. The term of lease hereunder shall commence from April 1, 2010 and end on March 31, 2013.
2. Party B undertakes to Party A that the leased premises hereunder be used only as offices.
3. Party A shall have the right to withdraw and Party B shall timely return the leased premises hereunder upon the expiry of the term of lease hereunder. If intending to renew the lease hereunder upon the expiry of the term thereof, Party B shall notify Party A of such intention in writing at least 2 months prior to such expiry and, with the consent of Party A thereto, shall execute a new lease contract with respect to such renewal.
Term and Purpose. 2. The loan period under this contract is extended to_ 6_ Months, from January 10, 2020 to July 9, 2020. If the actual issuance date of the loan is inconsistent with the starting date of the loan, the starting date of the loan shall be subject to the actual issuance date of the loan, and the loan term shall be extended accordingly. The loan receipt is an effective part of this contract and has the same legal effect as this contract.
3. The loan under this contract is designated for working capital loan. Without the written consent of the lender, the borrower shall not change the purpose of the loan for other purposes.
Term and Purpose. 3.1 The term of this Agreement shall be for a period of three (3) years, commencing on the 1st day of May, 2010, and ending three (3) years thereafter.
3.2 Party B shall use the Office Building for the Community Supermarket business purpose.
3.3 Upon the expiration of this Agreement, Party A is entitled to repossess the Office Building.
3.4 To request for an extension of this Agreement, Party B shall provide a written notice to Party A two months before this Agreement expires. The parties shall enter into a new lease agreement to extend the lease of the Office Building.
