TERM RECALL. 14.01 Following the placement of surplus teachers (Article 12), and the transfer of teachers (Article 13), all remaining vacant and unfilled positions shall become available within the region for the purpose of recalling term contract teachers. Every reasonable effort will be made to begin this process no later than one (1) week following completion of the transfers pursuant to Article 13. 14.02 Consideration and preference for term contract teachers shall be given to the following term contract teachers in the following order: (a) A full time term contract teacher employed with two (2) or more immediately preceding consecutive years of service with the Board will be placed provided a position is available and provided said teacher has the qualifications, experience, abilities and competence necessary to fill the requirements of the position, in the opinion of the Director of Human Resources. (b) Following the procedures outlined in clause 14.02 (a), term contract teachers who have not been placed, for other than just cause, and who have a minimum of one hundred and seventy-five (175) days of term service in each of two (2) consecutive years or a cumulative total of at least three hundred and ninety (390) days in more than two (2) consecutive years will be placed in the remaining vacant and unfilled positions provided said teachers have the qualifications, experience, abilities and competence necessary for the positions, in the opinion of the Director of Human Resources. (c) Other term contract teachers employed by the Board within the previous fifteen (15) months may be considered. (a) A teacher who has been hired pursuant to a term contract for the ensuing school year could be considered for other postings with a closing date up to and including June 30th. (b) The Director of Human Resources may consider a said teacher for postings after said date, in appropriate circumstances.

TERM RECALL. (a) Following the placement of teachers on the re-employment list, the transfer of permanent and probationary contract teachers and the placement of surplus teachers (Article 25), all remaining positions shall become available within the region for the purpose of recalling term contract teachers who have a minimum of one hundred and seventy- five (175) days of term service in each of the current school year and the immediately preceding school year. Every reasonable effort will be made to begin this process no later than one (1) week following completion of the placement/transfer process pursuant to Article 25. (b) Term contract teachers who have a minimum of one hundred and seventy-five (175) days of term service in each of the current school year and the immediately preceding school year will be considered for positions and placed according to position on the term service list provided said teachers have the qualifications, abilities and experience necessary for the positions, in the opinion of the Director of Human Resources or designate. Said positions shall be offered in the following order: (i) vacant positions; (ii) unfilled positions; and (iii) other term positions. 26.2 Following the procedures outlined in Article 26.1(b), term contract teachers who have at least three hundred and ninety (390) days in more than two

  • Midterm Review The Recipient shall: (a) carry out jointly with the Association, no later than 30 months after the Effective Date, a midterm review to assess the status of Project implementation, as measured against the performance indicators referred to in Section II.A.1 (a) of Schedule 2 to this Agreement. Such review shall include an assessment of the following: (i) overall progress in Project implementation; (ii) results of monitoring and evaluation activities; (iii) annual work plans and budgets;

  • Mid-Term Review At Mid Term a meeting shall be held (“Mid Term Review”), where the Incubatee shall present the Mid Term Report, to verify the status of the Activity and to confirm its feasibility.

  • Term; Renewal Subject to Section 4.02 hereof, this Agreement has a one-year term and shall continue in force until the first anniversary of the date hereof. Thereafter, this Agreement may be renewed for an unlimited number of successive one-year terms upon mutual consent of the parties. It is the Board’s duty to evaluate the performance of the Advisor annually before renewing the Agreement, and each such renewal shall be for a term of no more than one year.

  • Contract Term Extension “Contract Term Extension” means an extension of the term of this contract, at the request of Purchaser, under this Subsection. This Subsection does not obligate Contracting Officer to grant Contract Term Extension.

  • Term Extension The State may extend the Term an additional period of time, not to exceed one hundred-eighty (180) days beyond the expiration date of this Contract, under the same terms and conditions, at the State's sole option.
