Time Keeping System. Effective in 2017 or 2018, due to the cumbersome nature of daily and weekly timesheets for all Court departments, the Courts are researching automated time keeping systems and will likely implement the use of different time keeping systems in Juvenile Detention as a pilot and testing program. If the Employer determines this pilot and testing program is successful, the Employer may implement the program for the other departments covered by this Working Conditions CBA. The parties consent to the implementation of a new time keeping system after the Employer provides written notice to the Union representative and employees.

Time Keeping System. Time keeping systems are to be installed in all stores. The Employer shall provide each store with a time keeping system in order to enable employees to record their time for payroll purposes. Employees shall record their own time at the time they start and finish work and the time they commence and return from meal periods. Employees who fail to record all time worked in the manner required by this Subsection shall, upon complaint of the Union, be disciplined as follows: 1st violation - one (1) week suspension without pay 2nd violation - two (2) weeks suspension without pay 3rd violation - termination of employment Suspensions shall be implemented within forty-five (45) days of notification by the Union unless a longer period is mutually agreed upon between the Union and the Employer or in the event that the requested suspension becomes subject to the grievance procedure. Any such dispute shall be subject to the grievance and arbitration Sections of this Agreement. Any employee terminated for the above reasons shall not be entitled to notice or pay in lieu of notice under Section 14 of this Agreement. Management agrees to assume its full responsibility in seeing that all employees are compensated for all time worked. Management personnel who deliberately violate this provision shall be disciplined by the Employer.
Time Keeping System. At such time when the District implements a time-keeping system to record time worked, the employee shall be required to clock in and clock out so as to document time worked and the time lunch is taken. The employee shall abide by all rules and regulations expressly instituted for the time-keeping system.
Time Keeping System. 1. The association recognizes that the District has an obligation to track employee work hours and agrees to the establishment of a mechanism for time recording as soon as practicable after contract ratification.

  • Time Keeping A Contractor may utilize brassing or other systems to check employees in and out. Each employee must check in and out. The Contractor will provide adequate facilities for checking in and out in an expeditious manner.

  • Product and Service Offerings The Products and services available under this Contract are set forth herein and specified in Appendices C and D which may be amended during the contract term to incorporate new Product or service offerings, price revisions or deleted items. This Contract is limited to sale, installation and maintenance of Product (see also 4.2 Service Offerings). Leasing is not permitted at this time. The Commissioner reserves the right to amend the Contract at any time to incorporate lease offerings.   • Switching System Hierarchy and Trunking Requirements For purposes of routing ECI traffic to Verizon, the subtending arrangements between Verizon Tandem Switches and Verizon End Office Switches shall be the same as the Tandem/End Office subtending arrangements Verizon maintains for the routing of its own or other carriers’ traffic (i.e., traffic will be routed to the appropriate Verizon Tandem subtended by the terminating End Office serving the Verizon Customer). For purposes of routing Verizon traffic to ECI, the subtending arrangements between ECI Tandem Switches and ECI End Office Switches shall be the same as the Tandem/End Office subtending arrangements that ECI maintains for the routing of its own or other carriers’ traffic.

  • Hardware and Software Requirements In order to access and retain Disclosures electronically, you must satisfy the following computer hardware and software requirements: access to the Internet; an email account and related software capable of receiving email through the Internet; a web browser which is SSL-compliant and supports secure sessions, and hardware capable of running this software.
