Title and Intention of the Parties. This Enterprise Agreement is made in accordance with the provisions of sections 29 to 47 of the Industrial Relations Xxx 0000, and shall be known as the Royal Society for the Prevention of Cruelty to Animals New South Wales Inc. Inspectors Enterprise Agreement 2005 – 2008. The Agreement shall provide the basis for consistently determining the salaries and conditions of employment for Inspectors employed by the Society.
Title and Intention of the Parties. This Enterprise Agreement is made in accordance with the provisions of sections 29 to 47 of the Industrial Relations Act 1996, and shall be known as the “Woollahra Municipal Council Beach Cleaners Enterprise Agreement 2009”and shall provide the basis for determining the salaries and certain specified conditions of employment for staff employed in the Beach Cleaning area of the Municipality of Woollahra. This Agreement must be read in conjunction with the Local Government (State) Award 2007 and in the event of conflict, this Agreement prevails. Title and Intention of the Parties. This Enterprise Agreement is made in accordance with the provisions of sections 29 to 47 of the Industrial Relations Xxx 0000, and shall be known as the Manly Council, Waste Management Service Enterprise Agreement 2003 and shall provide the basis for determining the wages and general conditions of employment for staff employed in the waste collection service by Manly Council.
Title and Intention of the Parties. This Enterprise Agreement is made in accordance with the provisions of sections 29 to 47 of the Industrial Relations Act 1996, and shall be known as the Tamworth Regional Council Electricians Enterprise Agreement. The Agreement shall apply to all current and future Technical/Trades and Professional employees of Tamworth Regional Council, at all locations, employed under the provisions of the Local Government Electricians (State) Award (the “Award”). The Agreement shall establish the relationship between Council’s salary system and specified conditions of employment and the Award.

This Enterprise Agreement is made in accordance with the provisions of sections 29 to 47 of the Industrial Relations Act 1996, and shall be known as the Woollahra Municipal Council Business Centre Teams Enterprise Agreement and shall provide the basis for determining the salaries and certain specified conditions of employment for staff employed in the business centres of the Municipality of Woollahra. The Agreement rescinds and replaces the Industrial Agreement.
Title and Intention of the Parties. This Enterprise Agreement is made in accordance with the provisions of sections 29 to 47 of the Industrial Relations Xxx 0000, and shall be known as the Woollahra Municipal Council Mechanical Workshop Enterprise Agreement and shall provide the basis for rewarding the Mechanical Workshop Staff for working in a flexible manner over an extended spread of hours to ensure that Council’s plant and equipment downtime is minimised. The Agreement rescinds and replaces the Industrial Agreement.
Title and Intention of the Parties. This Enterprise Agreement is made in accordance with the provisions of sections 29 to 47 of the Industrial Relations Xxx 0000, and shall be known as the Randwick City Council - Operational Staff Enterprise Agreement and shall provide the basis for determining certain features of the salaries and conditions of employment of operational staff as specified by this Agreement employed by Randwick City Council.

This Enterprise Agreement is made in accordance with the provisions of sections 29 to 47 of the Industrial Relations Act 1996 and shall be known as the Woollahra Municipal Council, Waste Service Enterprise Agreement 2004-2007 and shall provide the basis for determining the wages and general conditions of employment for staff employed in the Waste Collection Service by Woollahra Municipal Council.
Title and Intention of the Parties. This Agreement is made in accordance with the provisions of section 29 to 47 of the Industrial Relations Act 1996 and shall be known as the ‘Lachlan Shire Council Enterprise Agreement 2005’ and replaces the previous 1996 and 2000 agreements. This agreement also incorporates for employees employed prior to 3 August 1993, the industrial agreements numbered 4727, 5270 and 5812 under section 11 of the Industrial Arbitration Xxx 0000. These provisions are covered by Clause 14 of this Agreement. This agreement also incorporates the provisions of Lachlan Shire Council’s Agreement made under the Local Government (State) Award on 20 May 1992 for administration staff employed as at that date. The agreement shall provide the basis for entitlements in the areas specified by the agreement for all council staff covered by the: • Local Government (State) Award 2004; and the • Local Government Engineer Senior Staff (NSW) Award 1999. This agreement applies to all employees (other than those employed at the Retirement Village, Willow Bend Sports Centre or senior staff on contract) who are employed by Lachlan Shire Council.
