Tourism Promotion and Business Assistance Services. Compensation: Not to exceed $90,000.00 for FY 2017-2018 and $108,000 for FY 2018-2019. Method of Payment: CHAMBER shall be paid $9,000 during the first two weeks of each month of the term of this Agreement.

Tourism Promotion and Business Assistance Services. Compensation: Not to exceed $108,000/year. Method of Payment: CHAMBER shall be paid $9,000 at the beginning of each month for the term of this Agreement. The following Tourism Promotion Services shall be provided by CHAMBER on an annual basis: 1. Answer all telephone calls requesting general visitor information, local event information, points of interest, accommodations, and attractions. 2. Maintain and update CHAMBER’S website and respond appropriately to all e-mail messages transmitted. 3. Print, in such quantity as to meet demand, information about the community, local events, points of interest, accommodations, and attractions, and distribute as requested. Minimum distribution of materials shall be as follows. Quantities shall be adjusted upwards or downwards as necessary to meet demand: Four-color Lompoc Valley Street Map 2,000 Events Calendar 10,000 Four-color Wine Map 10,000 Flower Field Map 10,000 Four-color general community brochure 15,000 Lodging and dining guides 15,000 Misc. info including, but not limited to, 5,000 4. Fill and maintain a network of at least 12 off-site locations for the distribution of local tourism brochures and information, including the CA Welcome Centers in Pismo Beach and Oxnard. CHAMBER shall monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of existing distribution points to maximize exposure. Those locations shall include the premises of CHAMBER Members, nonmembers of CHAMBER and tourist destinations including, but not limited to, the Xxxxxxxx of Commerce of Buellton and Solvang. 5. Continue to provide tourism and event information in solicitations to tour bus companies and provide step-on guides upon request. 6. Provide on-site greeting and volunteer staff for the street level desk of CHAMBER’S location at 111 S. “I” Street. Such staff shall be present, at a minimum, from 10:00 AM to 2:00 PM, Mondays through Saturdays. 7. Serve as first point of contact for film production companies for location information and vendor referrals. 8. Supply, as needed, information and photographs about the Lompoc Valley to travel writers. 9. Coordinate and manage, at minimum, the following events as budget, sponsorships and committee involvement allow: a. Cinco xx Xxxx; b. Old Town Market every Friday night during summer months; c. Facilitate Farmers Market (Fridays throughout the year) in the City-owned parking lot. 10.   • Telemedicine Services This plan covers clinically appropriate telemedicine services when the service is provided via remote access through an on-line service or other interactive audio and video telecommunications system in accordance with R.I. General Law § 27-81-1. Clinically appropriate telemedicine services may be obtained from a network or non- network provider, and from our designated telemedicine service provider. When you seek telemedicine services from our designated telemedicine service provider, the amount you pay is listed in the Summary of Medical Benefits. When you receive a covered healthcare service from a network or non-network provider via remote access, the amount you pay depends on the covered healthcare service you receive, as indicated in the Summary of Medical Benefits.   • Information Services Traffic 5.1 For purposes of this Section 5, Voice Information Services and Voice Information Services Traffic refer to switched voice traffic, delivered to information service providers who offer recorded voice announcement information or open vocal discussion programs to the general public. Voice Information Services Traffic does not include any form of Internet Traffic. Voice Information Services Traffic also does not include 555 traffic or similar traffic with AIN service interfaces, which traffic shall be subject to separate arrangements between the Parties. Voice Information services Traffic is not subject to Reciprocal Compensation charges under Section 7 of the Interconnection Attachment. 5.2 If a D&E Customer is served by resold Verizon Telecommunications Service or a Verizon Local Switching UNE, subject to any call blocking feature used by D&E, to the extent reasonably feasible, Verizon will route Voice Information Services Traffic originating from such Service or UNE to the Voice Information Service platform. For such Voice Information Services Traffic, unless D&E has entered into an arrangement with Verizon to xxxx and collect Voice Information Services provider charges from D&E’s Customers, D&E shall pay to Verizon without discount the Voice Information Services provider charges. D&E shall pay Verizon such charges in full regardless of whether or not it collects such charges from its own Customers. 5.3 D&E shall have the option to route Voice Information Services Traffic that originates on its own network to the appropriate Voice Information Services platform(s) connected to Verizon’s network. In the event D&E exercises such option, D&E will establish, at its own expense, a dedicated trunk group to the Verizon Voice Information Service serving switch. This trunk group will be utilized to allow D&E to route Voice Information Services Traffic originated on its network to Verizon. For such Voice Information Services Traffic, unless D&E has entered into an arrangement with Verizon to xxxx and collect Voice Information Services provider charges from D&E’s Customers, D&E shall pay to Verizon without discount the Voice Information Services provider charges. 5.4 D&E shall pay Verizon such charges in full regardless of whether or not it collects charges for such calls from its own Customers. 5.5 For variable rated Voice Information Services Traffic (e.g., NXX 550, 540, 976, 970, 940, as applicable) from D&E Customers served by resold Verizon Telecommunications Services or a Verizon Local Switching Network Element, D&E shall either (a) pay to Verizon without discount the Voice Information Services provider charges, or (b) enter into an arrangement with Verizon to xxxx and collect Voice Information Services provider charges from D&E’s Customers. 5.6 Either Party may request the other Party provide the requesting Party with non discriminatory access to the other party’s information services platform, where such platform exists. If either Party makes such a request, the Parties shall enter into a mutually acceptable written agreement for such access. 5.7 In the event D&E exercises such option, D&E will establish, at its own expense, a dedicated trunk group to the Verizon Information Service serving switch. This trunk group will be utilized to allow D&E to route information services traffic originated on its network to Verizon.

  • Online Services Microsoft warrants that each Online Service will perform in accordance with the applicable SLA during Customer’s use. Customer’s remedies for breach of this warranty are described in the SLA.

  • Pharmacy Services The Contractor shall establish a network of pharmacies. The Contractor or its PBM must provide at least two (2) pharmacy providers within thirty (30) miles or thirty (30) minutes from a member’s residence in each county, as well as at least two (2) durable medical equipment providers in each county or contiguous county.

  • Hospice Services Services are available for a Member whose Attending Physician has determined the Member's illness will result in a remaining life span of six months or less.

  • Routing for Operator Services and Directory Assistance Traffic For a Verizon Telecommunications Service dial tone line purchased by CBB for resale pursuant to the Resale Attachment, upon request by CBB, Verizon will establish an arrangement that will permit CBB to route the CBB Customer’s calls for operator and directory assistance services to a provider of operator and directory assistance services selected by CBB. Verizon will provide this routing arrangement in accordance with, but only to the extent required by, Applicable Law. Verizon will provide this routing arrangement pursuant to an appropriate written request submitted by CBB and a mutually agreed-upon schedule. This routing arrangement will be implemented at CBB's expense, with charges determined on an individual case basis. In addition to charges for initially establishing the routing arrangement, CBB will be responsible for ongoing monthly and/or usage charges for the routing arrangement. CBB shall arrange, at its own expense, the trunking and other facilities required to transport traffic to CBB’s selected provider of operator and directory assistance services.

  • Termination Assistance Services Following the termination of this Agreement and/or any Ordering Document, the Parties may agree for Axway to provide transition services pursuant to a duly executed SOW, during which time this Agreement will continue in full force and effect solely to the extent necessary to allow such transition services to be performed. Axway agrees that the costs for any such services shall be comparable to the fees charged to other customers for similar types of services.

  • Transition Assistance If this Contract is not renewed at the end of this term, if the Contract is otherwise terminated before project completion, or if particular work on a project is terminated for any reason, Contractor shall provide transition assistance for a reasonable, mutually agreed period of time after the expiration or termination of this Contract or particular work under this Contract. The purpose of this assistance is to allow for the expired or terminated portion of the services to continue without interruption or adverse effect, and to facilitate the orderly transfer of such services to State or its designees. The parties agree that such transition assistance is governed by the terms and conditions of this Contract, except for those terms or conditions that do not reasonably apply to such transition assistance. State shall pay Contractor for any resources utilized in performing such transition assistance at the most current Contract rates. If State terminates a project or this Contract for cause, then State may offset the cost of paying Contractor for the additional resources Contractor utilized in providing transition assistance with any damages State may have sustained as a result of Contractor’s breach.

  • Directory Assistance Service 8.3.1 Directory Assistance Service provides local end user telephone number listings with the option to complete the call at the caller's direction separate and distinct from local switching.
