SCOPE OF SERVICES AND COMPENSATION. The Parties agree that POSP shall perform the activities as allowed and envisaged under the IRDAI prescribed guidelines from time to time. The Company agrees to make payment and/or remuneration to the POSP fees for the services and discharge of his functions obligations to be rendered by the POSP as specified in Annexure II attached hereto. The remuneration is subject to deduction of all applicable taxes.

SCOPE OF SERVICES AND COMPENSATION. During the term of this Agreement, CHAMBER shall perform the following services in fulfillment of this Agreement:
A. Tourism Advertising: Compensation: $37,500. Method of Payment: Reimbursement upon presentation and City approval of receipt from or check made to third party, accompanied by a copy of the advertisement. Placements per year:

B. Tourism Promotion and Business Assistance Services: Compensation: $105,000. Method of Payment: CHAMBER shall be paid $8,750 at the beginning of each month of the term of this Agreement. The following Tourism Promotion Services shall be provided by CHAMBER on an annual basis:
1. Answer all telephone calls requesting general visitor information, local event information, points of interest, accommodations, and attractions.
2. Maintain and update the CHAMBER’s Web site and respond appropriately to all e-mail messages transmitted.
3. Print, in such quantity as to meet demand, information about the community, local events, points of interest, accommodations, and attractions, and distribute as requested. Minimum distribution of materials shall be as follows: Lompoc Valley Magazine 2,000 City maps 15,000 Events Calendar 10,000 Flower Field Map 10,000 Four-color general community brochure 15,000 Lodging and dining guides 15,000 Misc. info including, but not limited to, 5,000 brochures promoting local attractions (Museum, Mission, Murals, Historical Society, etc.)
4. Fill and maintain a network of a minimum of 12 off-site locations for the distribution of brochures. These locations shall include the premises of Chamber Members, nonmembers of the Chamber and tourist destinations including but not limited to the Xxxxxxxx of Commerce of Buellton, Guadalupe, Santa Xxxxx, Santa Xxxxxxx, Goleta, and Solvang. Other locations may include:

SCOPE OF SERVICES AND COMPENSATION. (a) Sxxxxxxxx agrees to perform for the Company, beginning immediately upon the signing of this Agreement, the Services in relation to the Company’s evaluation and assessment of the feasibility of various business strategies as outlined by the Company’s VP, Finance or other executive officer.
(b) Sxxxxxxxx will also perform other duties from time to time as are reasonably requested by Company and agreed to by Sxxxxxxxx.
(c) During the term of this Agreement, Sxxxxxxxx will be paid $375-per hour for performing the Services. Travel time will not be billed for.
(d) The Company shall make payments for Services to Sxxxxxxxx promptly upon presentation of a statement of services rendered. Sxxxxxxxx will invoice the Company on a monthly basis.
(e) The Company shall reimburse Sxxxxxxxx for his reasonable out of pocket costs, including meals, travel, lodging, parking and other expenses incurred in connection with the performance of his duties under this Agreement. Travel time is not billed for.

SCOPE OF SERVICES AND COMPENSATION. A. CONSULTANT shall provide services as described in Exhibit "A" entitled " ,” attached hereto and made a part hereof.
B. As additional consideration, CONSULTANT and CITY agree to abide by the terms and conditions contained in this Agreement.
C. CONSULTANT will, in a professional manner, furnish all labor and all personnel; all supplies, materials, equipment, printing, vehicles, transportation, office space, and facilities; all testing, analyses, and calculations; and all other means, except as otherwise expressly specified to be furnished by CITY, that are necessary or proper to complete the work and provide the required professional services.
D. CONSULTANT shall be compensated for work completed, not to exceed for basic services rendered under this Section 2, as more particularly described in Exhibit “A.” CONSULTANT shall be compensated for additional services only upon prior written approval of CITY.
E. CONSULTANT shall submit monthly statements for basic and additional services rendered in accordance with this Agreement. Payments to CONSULTANT will be made by CITY within thirty (30) days of receipt of invoice. CITY agrees that the CONSULTANT’s xxxxxxxx are correct unless CITY, within ten (10) days from the date of receipt of such billing, notifies CONSULTANT in writing of alleged inaccuracies, discrepancies, or errors in billing. In the event CITY disputes part or all of an invoice, CITY shall pay the undisputed portion of the invoice within the above mentioned thirty days.

(b) The Parties agree that the remuneration liable to be paid by the Company to the POSP shall be limited to the remuneration as prescribed in Annexure II.
SCOPE OF SERVICES AND COMPENSATION. The Contractor shall conduct two nighttime inspections of exterior lighting fixtures within District boundaries to look for lighting violations (the “Inspections”) before the Agreement expires on December 31, 2022. If the Agreement is renewed, the Contractor shall conduct three Inspections during each year the Agreement remains in effect. The compensation for each Inspection is Six Hundred Dollars ($600.00).
