SCOPE OF SERVICES AND COMPENSATION. During the two-year term of this Agreement, CHAMBER shall perform the following services in fulfillment of this Agreement:

SCOPE OF SERVICES AND COMPENSATION. A. CONSULTANT shall provide services as described in Exhibit "A" entitled " ,” attached hereto and made a part hereof.
SCOPE OF SERVICES AND COMPENSATION. The Contractor shall provide an additional eight (8) tons of asphalt to complete the repairs on E Rockinghorse Parkway, as set forth in the change order attached as Exhibit A.

SCOPE OF SERVICES AND COMPENSATION. The scope of the Project will be as described in the Proposal attached hereto as Exhibit “A,” submitted by the Contractor, and must be completed within the schedule provided therein. Contractor shall be compensated in a flat rate, lump sum fee in the amount of $XXXX.XX. The Contractor is required by the Agreement to begin the Work upon execution of the Work Order, or as directed otherwise. If the Contractor fails to begin the Work upon execution of this Work Order, the Village shall be entitled to disqualify the Proposal, and revoke the Work Order. This Work Order incorporates the terms and conditions set forth in the Agreement between the parties as though fully set forth herein. This Work Order is not binding until North Bay Village agrees and approves this Work Order.
