Tracing. Supplier shall: (a) trace and maintain records regarding the source and, if applicable, lot number of each Pig; and (b) maintain such records for not less than 3 years after the termination or expiration of this Supply Agreement.

The Parties agree to use compatible approaches to Tracing, with standardized forms and systems to facilitate cooperation and information sharing and to prevent duplication of activities.
