Tradesperson Allowance.
(1) Employees engaged at tradesperson level or higher, holding a current tradesperson certificate or tradespersons rights recognition and who is required to perform the full range of duties as a tradesperson will be paid the following all-purpose hourly allowance as per the table below:
Tradesperson Allowance. 43.4.1 An Employee engaged as a Tradesperson (as defined in the classifications of this Agreement, who possesses as a minimum qualification a trade certificate will receive an allowance. This allowance will be classified as all-purpose and is inclusive of a tool allowance. The tradesperson allowance shall be paid at the rates provided in the table of allowances.
Tradesperson Allowance. An Employee engaged as a Tradesperson as prescribed at Appendix A this Agreement will receive an allowance of $1.50 per hour worked; this allowance will be classified as all-purpose. This allowance is inclusive of a tool allowance. This allowance is fixed for the duration of this Agreement. An Employee engaged as a Mechanical or Electrical Tradesperson or Service Technician as prescribed at Appendix B of this Agreement will receive an allowance of $3.00 per hour worked; this allowance will be classified as all- purpose. This allowance is inclusive of a tool allowance. This allowance is fixed for the duration of this Agreement.
Tradesperson Allowance a) An Employee engaged as a Tradesperson as prescribed at Appendix A of this Agreement will receive an allowance of $1.81 per hour actually worked; this allowance will be classified as all-purpose. This allowance is inclusive of the tool allowance in Appendix C.
Tradesperson Allowance. All tradespersons will complete tasks within, and outside of, their classified trades stream provided it is within their skill level. In recognition of compliance certification, and the extra work, responsibility and accountability imposed upon tradespeople outside of their classified trade’s stream, the following will apply:
(a) All tradespeople will be paid an allowance of $25.57 per week that is indexed as per the percentage wage increase outlined in clause 18.
(b) All time required by the registered tradesperson to fully comply with any legislative and safety compliance training will be provided and paid by LACTALIS Australia Ltd.
(c) All costs incurred in complying with the legislative and safety compliance training will be borne by LACTALIS Australia Ltd.
Tradesperson Allowance. An Employee engaged as a Tradesperson CW5 as prescribed at clause 11.1.1 of this Agreement will receive an hourly allowance, as prescribed below. This allowance is an all-purpose allowance. This allowance is inclusive of the tool allowance. This allowance will be $3.30 (per hour) for the life of the Agreement: Employees may be required by the Employer to provide evidence of their qualifications related to their occupation to substantiate this allowance.
Tradesperson Allowance. An Employee who is engaged at Tradesperson level or higher, holding a current tradesperson certificate or tradesperson rights recognition, who is required to perform the full range of duties of a Tradesperson, shall be paid an hourly all-purpose allowance as follows: Xxxxxxxxx/Xxxxxxx $0.48 $0.50 $0.52 $0.54 Welder/Boilermaker $1.59 $1.64 $1.70 $1.76
Tradesperson Allowance. An employee engaged in the classification of a tradesperson, who maintains a trade qualification and is required to use those trade skills / qualifications, will be paid an allowance of $1.50 per hour (flat) for each hour worked in addition to the ordinary hourly rate for their classification.
Tradesperson Allowance. Tradespersons who are directed by the Employer to perform additional duties to ensure the accurate alignment of ventilation and hydraulic plant and equipment for correct operation to the quality standards prescribed, shall be paid an all-purpose allowance of $29.30 per week.
Tradesperson Allowance a) An Employee engaged as a Tradesperson as prescribed at Appendices A and B of this Agreement will receive an allowance as set out in Appendix C per hour worked; this allowance will be classified as all-purpose. This allowance is inclusive of a tool allowance. This allowance is fixed for the duration of this Agreement.
b) An Employee engaged as a Mechanical or Electrical Tradesperson will receive an allowance as set out in Appendix C per hour; this allowance will be classified as all- purpose. This allowance is inclusive of a tool allowance and in lieu of the Allowance provided for in clause 5.9a) above. This allowance is fixed for the duration of this Agreement.
