Transition Between Classifications. Employees transitioning into a new classification shall have the opportunity to return to their previous classification during their six (6) month probationary period without prejudice or breach in service.

Transition Between Classifications. A. An Employee performing work in a position for the purpose of relief shall be compensated at no less than their current wage rate, or if performing in a position of greater compensation, they shall be compensated at the wage of the higher paid position at the equivalent step of their current position.

  • New Classifications If a new classification is created within the bargaining unit, the Employer agrees to meet with the Union and negotiate a rate of pay for this new classification.
