Transition Responsibilities upon Termination. Upon termination of this Contract, the Contractor will cooperate with the County in an orderly transfer of administrative responsibilities and records to the new contractor. The fees for Plan loans shall be as defined in the Plan Loan Policies issued by the Plan Administrator and charged to the accounts of participants with loans. The annual fee and miscellaneous costs associated with the Self Directed Brokerage Account (SDBO) shall be defined in the Self-directed Brokerage Policies and Procedures and are charged to the accounts of participant that chose to use this service.
