Transmittal of Dues. Within a week following each pay day, the Association dues deducted from the previous pay period will be transmitted to the Association.

The dues thus deducted will be transmitted by the Company to the, United Steelworkers International, at such official address as the Union shall authorize to the Company in writing within ten (10) days from the date of which such deductions were made.
