The Transponder clause defines the responsibilities and requirements related to the use and maintenance of a transponder device, typically used for tracking or communication purposes in vehicles or equipment. Transponder. (1) The Tenant shall immediately notify the Landlord of any loss, damage or destruction to and of the transponder as well as all provided keys yielded to the Tenant in relation to the rented rooms.
(2) The transponder as well as all provided keys given to the Tenant must be returned to the Landlord when the Tenancy ends.
Transponder. (1) On some race tracks, a transponder obligation applies, but only for phonemeasurement (no timing). In this respect, the booked event is not a training to achieve maximum speeds.
(2) However, comparison runs are offered on some dates. Transponders can be optionally booked for this purpose. In this case, we expressly point out that a private accident insurance could be exempt from its liability in the event of an accident by participating in an event with comparison rides. In this case, the customer waives any right of recourse against Dannhoff Motorsport and undertakes, in the event that he wishes to cover an accident event, to make his own efforts to take out sufficient, covering insurance before the start of the event.
(3) If the customer books such an event with a transponder, he will be provided with a transponder on site. The transponder will be handed over against a deposit. If the transponder is damaged or lost during use, the customer will be charged for the costs incurred (in the event of loss currently approx. 600€ gross). Should a customer fail to return the transponder undamaged at the end of the event, the customer concerned will be charged a daily fee of €5 until the transponder has been returned properly and in perfect condition.
Transponder. Master List MDTA will consolidate all Transponders and their current status (such consolidated list the "Transponder Master List") and electronically distribute the consolidated information to the Section Developer. Status designations shall be in accordance with the ICD. MDTA will make such electronic distribution of the Transponder Master List to the Section Developer daily (provided that, if MDTA fails to provide an updated Transponder Master List then the Section Developer shall be entitled to rely on the most recent Master Transponder List provided by MDTA). MDTA will provide the list of Transponders for Exempt Vehicles within the Transponder Master List. The Section Developer shall be responsible for identifying whether each vehicle in the Priced Managed Lanes is listed in the Transponder Master List as an Exempt Vehicle, filter out the Toll Transactions relating to Exempt Vehicles, and not submit these as Trips to MDTA. Generally, Exempt Vehicles will be required to be equipped with a properly mounted MDTA-issued non-revenue Transponder, but there will be some exceptions to this and some Exempt Vehicles may not have non-revenue Transponders and may not be included as Exempt Vehicles on the Transponder Master List. In this event the Section Developer will be expected to identify Exempt Vehicles before submission of the same to MDTA (except in circumstances where visual identification of an Exempt Vehicle is not possible) and not submit Trip data relating to Exempt Vehicles to MDTA. In any event Trips relating to Exempt Vehicles shall not be Valid Trips. The Section Developer must have the capability to support notification of Users, who opt in, via (a) feedback transponders, which notify Users through audio signals, and (b) communication with MDTA’s back office for notification through a mobile application sent for (x) Valid Transactions for vehicles with Active Transponders included on the Transponder Master List, (y) vehicles with Transponders associated with accounts with low balances, and (z) vehicles associated with a Transponder on the Transponder Master List which is reading as inactive.
Transponder. (1) The transponder as well as all provided keys given to the Tenant must be returned to the Landlord when the Tenancy ends.
(2) The tenant shall immediately notify the Landlord of any loss, damage or destruction to and of the transponder as well as all provided keys yielded to the Tenant in relation to the rented rooms.
(3) In case of loss, damage or destruction of the transponder or any other key, 50,00€ per transponder and 35,00€ per key will be withheld from the deposit.
(4) The emergency service of the Central University Administration (ZUV) is exclusively permitted for the emergency opening of the apartments, as well as the emergency access to the house.
(5) The staff member of the emergency service will document the process of the emergency opening. The tenant confirms this emergency opening with the signature on the document.
(6) The application for the emergency opening is only possible for tenants of the IBZ. The tenant is obliged to identify as a guest of the house. Therefore the “HAUS AUSWEIS” and an official document is required (ID or passport).
(7) The emergency opening is chargeable. The lump sum for an effort in case of an emergency opening is 100,00€. This amount will be automatically withheld from the deposit.
(8) In case of a defect of the transponder and if this defect happened without external influence, the lump sum does not apply.
(9) The opening of the doors by extern security key services is prohibited. The tenant needs to pay the full costs in case of contravention.
Transponder. The Equipment may be fiGed with a transponder or GPS system that broadcasts its location to us, and that we may use that location data for the purpose of recovering any Equipment that is not returned. You waive any privacy rights associated with the Equipment's location.

Transponder a) The renter commits to using the rental equipment only with transponders that have been manufactured by the race result USA. The renter remains committed to these terms and conditions even if the system has been made available or is rented out to third parties by the renter.
b) In case of a violation of these terms and conditions, the owner has the right to terminate the contract immediately. The renter will have to pay a penalty fee of 10.000 USD and fully account for any damages that are a result of the violation.
c) The renter can rent reusable transponders from race result USA.
d) Any unreturned reusable rental transponders (e.g. active transponders) will be invoiced 14 days after the end of the rental period according to the current list price on ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇.▇▇▇. The amount is to be paid within 14 days net.
e) Any reusable rental transponder damaged or modified in any way (e.g. sticker, writing) will be invoiced based on the current retail price published on ▇▇▇.▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇.▇▇▇. The amount is due within 14 days.
f) Reusable rental transponders returned soiled or dirty are cleaned by race result USA. A cleaning fee of 0.50 USD per transponder applies and is invoiced to the renter.
g) The owner does not provide a chip file for reusable rental transponders. It is the responsibility of the renter to check that all transponders are functioning, and to create the chip file.
h) The renter returns the reusable rental transponders in the trays they were delivered in.
