Transportation Passes. Management agrees that it will respect the transportation pass of Operators employed by other Bay Area public transit systems for passage on MUNI vehicles when mutual recognition of the transit passes is agreed to by XXXX, XXXX, AC Transit, Santa Xxxxx Transit, SamTrans and Golden Gate Bridge, Highway and Transportation District. The SFMTA Executive Director/CEO designee agrees to use best efforts to obtain agreement by the other systems of such mutual recognition.

Transportation Passes. The Host Committee shall provide up to three hundred fifty (350) passes, for local subway and bus transportation, for use by DNCC staff, during the period beginning on the 60th day prior to the Convention Period through and including the last day of the Convention Period.
Transportation Passes. Section 24.1: All employees are issued a photo identification card, which can be used as a transportation pass throughout the bus and rail system. Retirees are also issued this pass. The following conditions must be adhered to by the pass holder: 1. The photo-identification card must be used only by the person to whom it is issued. Violation of this rule will result in disciplinary action, which may include termination. 2. The photo-identification card must be shown face up to each operator when boarding or alighting buses as required and to other Metro personnel upon request. Day passes will not be issued to employees using this card. 3. If Metro personnel are in doubt as to the identity of an employee, they may require the photo- identification cardholder to furnish his/her signature or other proof of identification. If not satisfied, Metro personnel will collect the card and regular fare. Any photo-identification card, which appears to have been altered or tampered with, will be collected by Metro personnel, and a regular fare will be collected. 4. An employee who separates from employment must surrender his or her photo-identification card immediately upon termination of employment. 5. An employee who loses his or her photo-identification card must report the loss promptly to his or her supervisor. A replacement will be issued as soon as possible. The cost for replacing a lost identification card is $12.00. 6. Employees must not occupy seats to the exclusion of revenue passengers or board heavily loaded buses until all revenue passengers have been accommodated.
Transportation Passes. Free transportation passes shall be provided to all active employees and their dependents. For purposes of this section, dependents shall be defined as the employee’s spouse or children (child must be nineteen [19] years of age or under). The term child applies equally to natural, step, adoptive or custodial family relationships. Transportation passes will also be provided to all retired employees and their spouses who leave Intercity Transit and have reached the age of 62 and have at least 5 years of service OR any age and at least 20 years of service, with no requirement to “retire.” The passes will be honored on all of the Employer’s regularly scheduled buses and vans.

To be eligible for the reimbursement, the employee must demonstrate the following: 1. That he/she is normally required to transport clients/consumers/felons in the course of their duties. 2. That there is no access to or available State vehicles. 3. That public transportation cannot be used. 4. That their insurance company requires a special rider on their existing automobile policy. 5. Proof that such a rider has been purchased. 6. Proof of a valid driver’s license and insurance policy. By receiving such reimbursement, employees acknowledge that they may be required to use their own personal vehicle to transport clients/consumers/felons in the normal course of their duties. The reimbursement to such employee(s) is the actual cost of the rider not to exceed seventy-five dollars ($75) per year whichever is less. This reimbursement will be paid on a yearly basis in the pay period that includes July 1st. Employees who either resign, retire, or have their employment terminated during the year and employees who start during any part of the year will have the reimbursement prorated. In the case of employees who either retire, resign, or have their employment terminated will have that portion of the reimbursement repaid to the State, in the last paycheck.

  • Storage The ordering agency is responsible for storage if the contractor delivers within the time required and the agency cannot accept delivery.
