Travel to Distant Location. (i) Employees will be compensated for excess travel to a distant location for work purposes (including for white chair examinations, special deliveries and collection of stores) in accordance with the Employer’s Reimbursement of Expenses policy, as varied from time to time. (ii) Where an Employee is required to travel to a location that is distant from their nominated place of work, and such travel involves more than 30 minutes in excess of their normal travel from home to a nominated place of duty, and more than 30 minutes travel in excess of their normal travel from their nominated place of duty home, the Employee will be compensated for the excess travel time by: A. payment of overtime; or B. time off in lieu of overtime payment.

Travel to Distant Location. 1. When employees are asked to report to a location covered by this Agreement that requires more than 50 driving miles measured from Xxxxxxx X. Xxxxx Center, Chicago, Illinois or the employee’s home, whichever is closer to the location, the employee shall be paid the mileage allowance as determined by IRS Regulations upon receipt of proper documentation. 2. When employees are asked to report to a location covered by this Agreement that requires more than 75 driving miles measured from Xxxxxxx X. Xxxxx Center, Chicago, Illinois or the employee’s home, whichever is closer to the location, the employee shall be paid the mileage allowance as determined by IRS Regulations upon receipt of proper documentation plus a per diem amount of $45 to cover meal and miscellaneous expenses. 3. If employee is required by the Company to stay overnight at an out of town location covered by this Agreement , the employee will be reimbursed for approved reasonable hotel expense, rental car expense if approved in advance by company, minimum tolls charged by highway system, hotel parking and venue parking except in Milwaukee. 4. If employee’s travel time by car to an event covered by this Agreement is more than four hours of driving time, the employee may request the Company to provide air travel. If the Company provides air travel, employee shall be supplied a ticket by the Company or if travel is arranged by the employee, he shall be reimbursed for the cost of the ticket which shall be at the lowest available rate in the market area, unless otherwise mutually agreed. In addition, the employee would be paid travel pay equal to one half of the employee’s normal daily guarantee if the total travel time is under five hours and his full daily guarantee if more than five hours. Whether the employee has traveled more or less than five hours shall be determined on the basis of one and one-half hours before the scheduled departure time until one-half hour after landing. 5. If the employee is driving more than four hours but less than five hours to an event covered by this Agreement, he shall be reimbursed for one half of his daily guaranteed rate, and he will be guaranteed his full rate if he drives more than five hours. The determination of how long the trip took shall be based on the number of miles from Xxxxxxx X. Xxxxx Center, Chicago, Illinois or home, whichever is less, to the venue divided by 55. 6.   • Data Location 1.1. The CONTRACTOR shall not store or transfer non-public COUNTY data outside of the United States. This includes backup data and Disaster Recovery locations. The CONTRACTOR will permit its personnel and contractors to access COUNTY data remotely only as required to provide technical support. (Remote access to data from outside the continental United States is prohibited unless approved in advance and in writing by the County.) 1.2. The CONTRACTOR must notify the COUNTY in advance and in writing of any location changes to CONTRACTOR’s data center(s) that will process or store County data.
