Tuition Benefit Program. Registered nurses may participate in OHSU’s Employee Tuition Benefit program, including the RN to BSN program, in accordance with the terms of that program, with regard to courses not offered at the School of Nursing. Eligibility requirements and benefits will be established by the Office of the Xxxxxxx. Information regarding these programs will be made available in the Human Resources Department.

Tuition Benefit Program. The University is encouraged to accommodate employees seeking to take courses under the tuition benefit program in accordance with University rules and regulations. The University shall provide the following Employee Education Program (“EEP”). The EEP is funded from limited existing University resources. Full-time employees may enroll for up to six (6) credit hours of instruction per term (Fall, Spring, or Summer) at the University without payment of tuition and fees. The University and PBA agree to discuss actively the benefit and fiscal impacts of reassignment of current tutition benefits to spouses and children.

Program definitions, detail, operation, eligibility requirements, and funding levels shall be as determined by the University and consistent with the requirements of Florida Statutes.

  • Education Benefits Notwithstanding the provisions of Article 5, academic staff members who qualify for benefits in accordance with Article 23.5.2.1 may take a credit, or non-credit language class offered by the University provided it does not interfere with performance of duties as determined by the Xxxx. The member and the Xxxx may discuss ways in which duties may be reassigned to make it possible for the member to take the class. Upon successful completion, reimbursement of tuition will be provided for one class per semester.

  • Program Benefits Under the Probation Status, the Participating Contractor will be eligible for all contractor incentives, its customers will have access to financing offered through the Program, and income- eligible households will be eligible to receive Program incentives.

  • Vacation Benefits During the Term, the Executive shall be eligible for 20 vacation days annually, which shall be accrued and used in accordance with the applicable policies of the Company. The parties acknowledge that this Agreement shall constitute an effective waiver of any rights in the other's pension benefit plans.   • ' COMPENSATION BENEFITS In accordance with Section 142 of the State Finance Law, this contract shall be void and of no force and effect unless the Contractor shall provide and maintain coverage during the life of this contract for the benefit of such employees as are required to be covered by the provisions of the Workers' Compensation Law.

  • Medical Benefits The Company shall reimburse the Employee for the cost of the Employee's group health, vision and dental plan coverage in effect until the end of the Termination Period. The Employee may use this payment, as well as any other payment made under this Section 6, for such continuation coverage or for any other purpose. To the extent the Employee pays the cost of such coverage, and the cost of such coverage is not deductible as a medical expense by the Employee, the Company shall "gross-up" the amount of such reimbursement for all taxes payable by the Employee on the amount of such reimbursement and the amount of such gross-up.

  • Dental Benefits The County offers dental and orthodontic benefits to full and part-time regular employees and their eligible dependent(s). Benefit provisions, co­ payments and deductibles are outlined in the Evidence of Coverage. The employee contribution is $13 per pay period ($28.26 per month). The County shall contribute to part-time eligible employees on a pro-rated basis, in accordance with Section 10.2.6.
