Unapproved Absence. Absence from duty without leave or failure to report after leave has expired or has been disapproved, revoked, or canceled shall be grounds for suspension, reduction, or discharge.
Unapproved Absence. For each day of unapproved absence, members of the bargaining unit shall lose an entire day’s pay. A day’s pay shall be figured at 1/186 of annual salary.
Unapproved Absence. The Musician has no rights to use a Deputy outside those set above. In the event of a Musician exceeding the limit set out above the Manager shall have the right to invoke the Conciliation, Grievance & Disciplinary Procedures (see Appendices).
