It is understood and agreed that the Labour Relations Officer (LRO) is the signing authority for the Ontario Nurses' Association, and therefore any Agreement reached between the parties is of no force and effect without the agreement and signature of the Labour Relations Officer (LRO). (c) An Union-Management Committee comprised of two (2) employees and an equal number of representatives of the Home. The committee shall meet every two (2) months unless otherwise agreed. The duties of the Chairperson and Secretary shall alternate between the parties. Where possible, agenda items will be exchanged in writing at least five (5) calendar days prior to the meeting. A record shall be maintained of matters referred to the committee and the recommended disposition, if any, unless agreed to the contrary. Copies of the record shall be provided to the committee. 11.02 The Union will advise the Administrator of the Home or designate of the personnel serving on committees, within thirty (30) days of any change of personnel serving on these committees and the Home shall not be required to recognize any other committees.
