Union Membership and Orientation. (a) It is hereby agreed that all employees shall become and remain members of the Union as a condition of employment, subject to any rights they have under the Labour Relations Code to apply for approved objections and subject to any positions they accept outside of the bargaining unit.

Union Membership and Orientation. (a) Any employee now a member, or who shall become a member, of the Signatory Union shall remain a member as a condition of employment.
