Union Office Space and Equipment a. The Union shall be responsible for the proper use and care of the facilities, services, and equipment provided in this Article.
Union Office Space and Equipment. (a) The Employer shall continue to provide the Union with office space, services and meeting room access, at least equivalent to the square metres currently provided. The Union will, annually, remit payment to the Employer at the internal departmental rate as determined by the University.
Union Office Space and Equipment. The Hospital will provide one (1) office space to be shared by all OPSEU bargaining units. The Hospital also agrees to provide one (1) telephone and voicemail account to the Union office. The Hospital will also provide appropriate access to the Hospital computer network. The computer system (including email) will not be used in a derogatory manner against the Hospital which includes unauthorized political messages to members of the bargaining unit. The Union will provide all hardware and assume responsibility for any necessary repairs and related expenses. The Union must be in full compliance with all of the current Hospital computer policies.
Union Office Space and Equipment b. Use of government equipment, facilities and services may be made available to the Union on a limited basis for performing representational work on official time. This provision is related to the EO 13837 requirement that prohibited Agencies to permit the free or discounted use of government property or other agency resource.
