Use and Care of Equipment. LIGHT TOUCH shall not use or knowingly permit any part of the EQUIPMENT to be used for any unlawful purpose. LIGHT TOUCH shall keep the EQUIPMENT and every part thereof in a clean and wholesome condition and generally that it will, in all respects, and at all times, fully comply with all lawful health, fire and police regulations.
Use and Care of Equipment. The Association may have the privilege of using school facilities and equipment, including typewriters, mimeograph machines and other duplicating equipment, calculators, and/or audio-visual equipment at reasonable times, when such equipment is not otherwise in use. Approval shall be requested from the principal of the building in advance of the time of use. A copy of the material to be duplicated shall be submitted to the building principal for approval. The Association shall pay for the reasonable cost of all materials and supplies incident to such use, and for any repairs necessitated as a result of this use. The Association agrees that only those persons who are knowledgeable in the operation of said equipment shall have access to it and that no equipment is to be removed from the building.

Customer shall use the Equipment in accordance with (a) these Terms and Conditions, (b) the applicable SOA, (c) applicable laws, licenses and regulations, (d) manufacturer’s specifications, (e) a suitable operating environment, and (f) RigNet policies in effect, from time to time, relating to the use of the Equipment and Services. Any use of the Equipment or Services not in accordance with the preceding shall void applicable warranties or Service Level Agreement guarantees provided under these Terms and Conditions and/or the applicable SOA, and RigNet may recover additional fees for Customer uses not contemplated under these Terms and Conditions or the applicable SOA. Customer is responsible for the security, protection and care of the Equipment upon leaving RigNet’s possession, and shall bear the full risk of loss or damage to the Equipment prior to its return to RigNet. In the event of any loss or damage to the Equipment, Customer will promptly reimburse RigNet upon presentation of invoice.
Use and Care of Equipment. ✓ Renter agrees that only qualified personnel will use the Equipment. ✓ Equipment can only be used in a careful and proper manner and shall not be used in any way that is inconsistent with Owner’s instructions or manual(s). ✓ Renter will maintain the Equipment during the rental period (according to Owner’s instructions or manuals), allowing for reasonable wear and tear. ✓ In case of an Equipment breakdown, the Renter informs the Owner within 24 hours. ✓ It is strictly not allowed to make modifications to the Equipment without written approval from Owner. ✓ Equipment may under no condition be used for valves that have been subject to radioactive radiation. ✓ Renter agrees to allow inspection by Owner to see if Equipment is used in line with this Contract.

Return all equipment to designated locations. Use provided sanitary wipes to sanitize pads and equipment. Please help us maintain a clean and organized facility. Promptly report any problems with facilities or equipment to the district’s Office (402-823-4117). ● Safety Considerations: Become knowledgeable regarding safety and correct use of equipment before exercising. Check with your doctor before using the Fitness Center if you have questions or have concerns about your physical health that may be complicated by exercise.
Use and Care of Equipment. 8.1 You:
(a) must ensure that the Equipment is used only in your general business operations and only for the purposes for which the Equipment was designed, by qualified personnel complying at all times with all laws relating to the Equipment and its use, with the Handling Procedures and with all instructions and recommendations issued by the Equipment’s supplier or manufacturer and, if the law or we require the Equipment or this Agreement to be registered, you must attend to this and ensure that such registration remains effective at all times;
(b) must ensure that no repairs, maintenance, or other work is carried out on the Equipment. In the event that Equipment requires repairs, maintenance, or other work, you must return the Equipment to us at your own cost. We will determine in our sole discretion whether the Equipment is faulty and whether to repair or replace the Equipment;
(c) where the Equipment includes kegs or other barrels used for the purposes of storing, transporting and serving Beverages:
(i) must ensure that such Equipment is filled with Beverages only and no other liquids, unless otherwise agreed in writing by us;
(ii) must ensure that such Equipment is cleaned after every use in accordance with generally accepted cleaning methods using semi or fully automatic keg cleaning or processing equipment approved by us. You must also ensure that such Equipment is not cleaned by removing the valve; and
(iii) must not allow any foreign matter such as (without limitation) bags containing flavour chips or adjuncts of particles of solid matter to be placed or deposited in the Equipment;
(d) irrevocably authorise, and must use your best endeavours to have others authorise, us to enter upon any premises where we reasonably believe the Equipment is located to examine the Equipment’s state of repair and operation;
(e) must provide us access to the Equipment at any time to enable us to affix identifying plates or marks on the Equipment, and you must not place, or allow to be placed, on any Equipment any plates, words, markings or numbers that are inconsistent with our PPS Security Interest in the Equipment or under this Agreement. If we request, you must affix to the Equipment a readily visible plate or sign that brings the existence of our PPS Security Interest in the Equipment or under this Agreement to the attention of other persons and states that a disposal of the Equipment or the granting of a Security Interest over the Equipment which is not otherwis...
