Care of the Equipment. 10.1. The Hirer hereby undertakes to exercise the utmost duty and care for the Equipment while same is in its possession. 10.2. The Hirer undertakes to take all reasonable steps to safeguard the Equipment during the Hire Period. 10.3. The Hirer shall be responsible for all expenses arising from Damages or theft of the Equipment occurring whilst in possession of the Hirer, which shall include but not be limited to forfeiting of the security deposit, repair costs, replacement costs and traveling time and costs of the Owner or their nominee. 10.4. All risk in and to the Equipment shall pass to the Hirer on the Delivery date, from which date the Hirer shall be responsible for the Equipment.

Care of the Equipment. (a) The hirer shall keep all equipment safely at the address stated and may not move it elsewhere without obtaining the owners prior written consent (b) The hirer is responsible for all loss and damage to the equipment (except fair wear and tear) even if caused by events outside the hirer’s control (c) The hirer shall: 1. keep the equipment properly protected and in good working order 2. not allow a repairer or any other person to obtain a lien on or right to retain the equipment 3. comply strictly with all legal requirements relating to the equipment and the written instructions of the manufacturer or other supplier and ensure, so far as is reasonably practicable, that the equipment is safe and without risk to health 4. permit the owner or its authorised representative at all reasonable times to inspect and test the equipment and affix nameplates (d) The hirer shall not, without the owner’s prior written consent: 1. sell or attempt to sell or dispose of the equipment or part with possession of it, except for the purpose of repair 2. make any material alteration or addition to the equipment or affix it to any land or buildings
Care of the Equipment. (a) You are responsible for the care of the Equipment and must keep it in good working condition. If the Equipment malfunctions or is damaged, you are responsible for arranging repairs. If a repair is necessary, you are instructed to call Apple Education Technical Support at 0-000-000-0000, option 3, or to visit an Apple Store or an Apple Authorized Repair Center. Any fees incurred for repairs are your responsibility; CUNY will not pay for laptop repairs. (b) Any incident of Equipment loss or theft must be reported to the Macaulay Honors College at xxxxxx@xxx.xxxx.xxx as soon as possible, but no later than 48 hours after the incident. All cases of loss or theft will be fully investigated by CUNY Security and by the police. (c) You will be asked to “check in” the Equipment with the Macaulay Honors College once a year via an online form so that CUNY can ensure asset protection. Failure to comply with this requirement may result in a fine or the revocation of your privilege to remove the laptop from your campus or use it when classes are not in session. (d) You are responsible for all data backups. CUNY will not be responsible for data loss due to hardware failure, software failure, or any other issue.

Care of the Equipment. 3.01 You will be responsible for any loss, theft, destruction of or damage to the Equipment from the date of the delivery until the end of this agreement even if this is not your fault. 3.02 You will use the Equipment in a careful and proper manner in accordance with the manufacturer’s recommendations. 3.03 You will let us inspect the Equipment at any reasonable time and you will inform us immediately if you change or address or contact details. 3.04 You will not let anyone else use the Equipment illegally or for any unlawful purpose. 3.05 You will not let anyone obtain any rights over the Equipment or let anyone take or threaten to take the Equipment to pay any of your debts. You will keep the Equipment in your possession and under your control and you will not sell, transfer, mortgage, lend, let or give the Equipment to anyone. 3.06 You will not permit or allow the Equipment to be used in contravention of any statute or other rule, regulation or order. 3.07 You will not make any alterations to the Equipment without prior written consent./ Any additions, accessories, alterations or replacements will become our property and subject to this agreement. 3.08 Unless otherwise stated, all hardware remains the sole property of Phoenix 3D Telecom Ltd. If a vehicle is sold and the hardware is not recoverable, Phoenix 3D Telecom Ltd will invoice for the full value of the unit. 3.09 If Phoenix 3D Telecom Ltd is required to remove a unit from a vehicle that has been sold, there may be a charge applicable.
Care of the Equipment. A) You shall keep the Equipment maintained, in good repair and safely at your address stated in this Agreement and in accordance with Postal Regulations. You shall not move the Equipment to any other location without advising us in in advance by letter or using our website to do so. B) The risk of loss, theft, damage or destruction of the Equipment shall pass to you on delivery of the Equipment. C) You agree that you shall (i) permit us or our authorised representative at all reasonable times to enter upon the premises where the Equipment is kept in order to inspect and test the Equipment, and (ii) give us prompt written notice of any loss, accident or damage to the Equipment. D) You shall not sell or attempt to sell, let on hire, assign or otherwise dispose of the Equipment or part with possession of it. E) You hereby agree that the Equipment was supplied by us based on your agreed usage as at the date of this Agreement. F) You shall ensure that the Equipment issued only for the purposes for which it is designed, and operated in a proper manner and in accordance with our operating instructions and recommendations (as applicable), and otherwise lawfully. G) You shall comply and be responsible for ensuring compliance with all or any of the obligations imposed on us as well as other relevant statutory requirements. H) You shall not allow the Equipment to become annexed or connected to any other equipment or to become affixed to any land, building or heritable property so as to become a fixture or heritable fixture or fitting. I) You shall not make any modifications to the Equipment.

This includes, making sure that there is no:  Deliberate damage to computer hardware such as monitors, base units, printers, keyboards, mice or other hardware.  Change or removal of software These actions make it difficult to ensure that the school is able to provide your child with reliable and available computer equipment and it has a cost implication for the school.

Care of the Equipment. The Customer agrees to take proper care of the Equipment and to return all Equipment in good working condition at end of the Agreement period. The Customer shall not perform any modifications, alterations, or changes to the Equipment without prior written consent of the Supplier. Any unauthorized modifications will be removed and equipment will be corrected to original status, at Customer expense. If the Customer identifies that the Equipment is malfunctioning or has been damaged, they are required to inform the Supplier within 24 hours of noticing any problem. If a Bioemitter is damaged or destroyed, there will be an additional charge to repair or replace the Bioemitter. The Customer is liable to pay for the full cost of repairing or replacing Equipment that has been damaged or lost whilst on-site with the Customer or in transit with their appointed courier (including any related costs such as attending on-site, transport, etc). This may result in the loss of any Deposit. BIOEMITTER POULTRY We recommend that the Customer ensures that they arrange adequate insurance cover (at their own expense) for damage, theft, accidental loss or any other mishap that could befall the Equipment. The Equipment should be subject to a daily visual check for any obvious signs of damage or malfunction. Other additional checks that are stipulated from time to time at the request of the Supplier must also be performed and recorded as per the Supplier's instructions. The Customer is responsible for any damage to the Equipment that is not considered normal wear and tear. The Customer may not let anyone work on the Equipment without the written permission of the Supplier. If work occurs without permission, or if the Equipment is tampered with or dismantled in any way without the Supplier's permission, all expenses to repair any damage which may have been caused will be charged to the Customer and may be grounds for immediate cancellation of any and all contracts with the Customer without refund of deposit or Service fee monies already paid to the Supplier. Upon cancellation of any contract by the Supplier or the Customer, the Customer must immediately return any and all Equipment to the Supplier. The Customer agrees with the Owners for the duration of the Agreement • To keep the Equipment in the Customer's own possession and on their own premises and not allow the equipment to be transferred to countries where this is prohibited by Scottish law. • Not to subject the said Equipment...
Care of the Equipment. The Customer shall take care of and maintain the equipment in accordance with the owner's instructions and recommendations. Adequate care shall be taken to maintain the equipment in the condition in which it was delivered, with the exception of depreciation due to normal wear and tear. Service, maintenance and repair of the equipment can be performed only by the Supplier, or by a company recommended by the Supplier. No changes or modifications can be made to the equipment and only the Supplier's spare parts can be installed, unless written approval has been obtained from the Supplier. The Customer is not entitled to use the equipment without checking that it complies with all statutory and contractual requirements concerning equipment, protective devices, insurance, etc. The Supplier is not responsible for any hindrance in the use of the equipment that may arise as a result of a law or a decision by a competent authority.
