Use of City Property. (1) The Contractor shall use City Property, either furnished or acquired under this Contract, only for performing this Contract and such Property shall not be used for non-City Contractor business or for personal uses unless otherwise provided for in this Contract or approved by the City Manager.
(2) Modifications or alterations of City Property are prohibited, unless they are:
(i) Reasonable and necessary due to the scope of work under this Contract or its terms and conditions;
(ii) Required for normal maintenance; or
(iii) Otherwise authorized by the City Manager.
(3) The Contractor shall not Cannibalize City Property unless otherwise provided for in this Contract or approved by the City Manager.
Use of City Property. Contractor may enter and use the City Property for film production and related activities only (the "Permitted Uses") during the times specified in the Film SF Identification Page and Locations Page; said Identification Page and Locations Page may be amended in writing by mutual agreement of the parties. Contractor shall comply with all conditions to approval or use guidelines set forth in the Film SF Identification Page and Locations Page, the General Guidelines and Information for Filming in San Francisco attached hereto and incorporated herein as Exhibit B, the San Francisco Police Department Film Production Guidelines attached hereto and incorporated herein as Exhibit C, or as otherwise required by City. City reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to change such guidelines as necessary to promote or protect the public safety, health or convenience. City shall give Contractor reasonable prior notice of any such changes, provided, however, that no such prior notice shall be required in emergency situations. Contractor shall keep the City Property free and clear of any liens or claims of lien arising out of Contractor's use of the City Property and Contractor shall use commercially reasonable efforts to minimize any disruption that its activities may cause to the City Property or its general vicinity.
Use of City Property. ARTIST shall not use CITY premises, property (including equipment, instruments and supplies) or personnel for any purpose other than the performance of his/her obligations under this Agreement.
Use of City Property. 5.1 City grants Operator a non-exclusive license to use the portions of the public right of way within the device operating area for purposes set forth in section 5.2 of this Agreement. This authorization is not a lease or an easement, and is not intended and shall not be construed to transfer any real property interest in City property.
Use of City Property. The City authorizes LimeBike to use the Public Way for the purposes set forth in Section 3 of this MOU and subject to the limitations set forth in herein. Use of City Property. Except as otherwise provided, all City property, including vehicles, shall only be used by City Employees and for City business only. Individuals other than City Employees shall not be transported in City vehicles except those individuals required to be transported in connection with City business. Uses of City property except in connection with City business must be approved by the City Manager. City property shall not be used by City Employees for personal benefit or gain.
