Use of Devices. 3.1 TestCard shall endeavour to disable Device functionality not required for the purposes of the Services. Customer acknowledges that it will not be possible to disable all unnecessary functionality and that it may be possible for users to enable such functionality. Customer shall be responsible and liable for all use made of Devices by Customer users. 3.2 Customer shall ensure that users: 3.2.1 only use the Devices for the purposes of the Services; 3.2.2 operate the Devices in accordance with all use policies in place within Customer; and 3.2.3 operate the Devices in accordance with any policies required by TestCard and notified to Customer from time to time.

Use of Devices. 4.1 Title to the Devices shall remain vested in SoloProtect until the expiration of the Initial Period, and the Customer shall have no right, title or interest in or to the equipment (save the right to possession and use of the equipment subject to the terms and conditions of the Agreement) during the Initial Period. Following the Initial Period, title to the Devices shall vest in the Customer. 4.2 Risk to the Device shall pass to the Customer on delivery and the Customer shall be responsible for any loss, misuse, destruction or damage to the Device and for its proper care and use. The Customer shall pay SoloProtect’s charges for its replacement or repair, and reconnection. The Customer must not interfere with or attempt to repair the Device, nor permit anybody other than SoloProtect or a third party authorised by SoloProtect to do so. 4.3 Delivery of Devices shall take place at the Customer’s nominated place of business. The Customer shall be deemed to have accepted receipt of all Devices once delivery is confirmed through SoloProtect obtaining a signature at the point of delivery. 4.4 The Customer acknowledges that the Services are optimized on the basis that each Authorised User is supplied with a dedicated Device. Notwithstanding this, the Customer may agree with SoloProtect to pool each Device across Authorised Users, up to a maximum number of 8 Authorised Users per Device. Cross pooling of Devices with a higher number of users (e.g., 3 Devices across 24 users) is prohibited. 4.5 Unless otherwise noted on the Order Form, all Devices are configured to a default set of parameters, as defined by SoloProtect, to ensure full compliance with the applicable industry standards. 4.6 SoloProtect may, during the term of this Agreement, cease supporting certain Devices. SoloProtect will provide Customer with written notice of such discontinuation as soon as reasonably practicable but no less than ninety (90) days prior to such discontinuation.

Students will NOT send any message for an illegal purpose or in any illegal manner or use any of the school system resources for politicking or religious proselytizing. • Students will NOT be allowed to make any additions to, deletions from, or alterations that degrade or disrupt the equipment or performance of the school’s wireless network, the school’s server, as well as the school district’s Website or the Website of any school, without authorization. • Hacking into any device that you are not authorized to use is a direct violation of both the school’s Responsible Use Policy and grounds for a failing grade, disciplinary measure, and class dismissal. • Students will not violate copyright laws, damage or tamper with hardware or software, vandalize or destroy data, intrude upon, alter or destroy the files of another user, introduce or use “viruses,” attempt to gain access to restricted information or networks, or block intercept or interfere with any email or electronic communications by teachers and administrators to parents, or others. • Students will NOT invade the privacy or vandalize the data of another user (including faculty and staff of Cheshire Public Schools) or invade the privacy of others.   • Use of Software Any software that is available on the Services ("Software") is the copyrighted work of Red Hat and/or its licensors. Copying or reproducing the Software to any other server or location for further reproduction or redistribution is strictly prohibited, unless such reproduction or redistribution is permitted by a license agreement accompanying such Software. You may not create derivative works of the Software, or attempt to decompile or reverse-engineer the Software unless otherwise permitted by law.   • Use of the Software licensed hereunder may require third party software or hardware (including but limited to databases, operating systems and servers). Unless specifically licensed in the Master Agreement, this Agreement does not contain a license to use such additional materials.

  • Use of School Facilities 1. The Association will have the right to use school buildings at reasonable times for meetings in accordance with Committee policy on the Use of School Facilities. The principal of the building in question will be notified in advance of the time and place of all such meetings. 2.
