User Representations. By using the Site, you represent and warrant that: (1) all registration information you submit will be true, accurate, current, and complete; (2) you will maintain the accuracy of such information and promptly update such registration information as necessary; (3) you have the legal capacity and you agree to comply with these Terms; (4) you are not under the age of 18; (5) you are not a minor in the jurisdiction in which you reside, or if a minor, you have received parental permission to use the Site; (6) you will not access the Site through automated or non-human means, whether through a bot, script or otherwise; (7) you will not use the Site for any illegal or unauthorized purpose; and (8) your use of the Site will not violate any applicable law or regulation. If you provide any information that is untrue, inaccurate, not current, or incomplete, we have the right to suspend or terminate your Account and refuse any and all current or future use of the Site (or any portion thereof). You may not use the Site for any illegal or unauthorized purpose nor may you violate any laws. We are a service provider and make no representations as to the safety, effectiveness, adequacy, accuracy, availability, prices, ratings, reviews, or legality of any of the information contained on the Site. You understand and agree that the content of the Site does not contain or constitute representations to be reasonably relied upon, and you agree to hold us harmless from any errors, omissions, or misrepresentations contained within the Site’s content. The Site is provided for informational and advertising purposes only.
User Representations. User represents and warrants to PCG that:
A. To the extent a person, User is (i) over the age of eighteen (18); (ii) is affiliated, whether as an employer, contractor, subcontractor, or agent, with an entity party to the PCG-User Contract; and (iii) has the legal authority to bind the entity that such User represents with respect to agreements, including, but not limited to, this Agreement;
B. User has the power and authority to enter into and to perform User’s obligations under this Agreement;
C. All information provided by User to PCG is truthful, accurate, and complete;
D. User shall comply with all terms and conditions of this Agreement, including, without limitation, the provisions set forth in Section 5; and
E. User has provided and will provide accurate and complete registration information, including, without limitation, User’s legal name, entity affiliation, address, email address, and telephone number. Violation of any of these representations is cause for PCG to suspend and/or terminate User’s access to the Service immediately and without notice.
User Representations. Client represents and warrants that it:
a. Is authorized and has legal capacity to enter into this Agreement, whether individually or on behalf of an entity;
b. If an entity, is in good standing with all government and tax authority;
c. Has reviewed the terms of this Agreement, together with all related documents, and has had the opportunity to engage counsel for advice prior to signing this Agreement;
d. Has directed and will continue to direct and implement policies to ensure use by employees and other Authorized Users who access the Application through Client that is compliant with this Agreement;
e. If applicable, has a HIPAA compliance policy, carries HIPAA compliance liability insurance, and maintains compliance with HIPAA and any other applicable federal or state law or regulation regarding protected healthcare information;
f. Monitors and will continue to monitor Enrolled Patients and Third Parties to ensure proper use of the Application in accordance with this Agreement;
g. Is in compliance with and will continue to comply with the User Contributions section of this Agreement.
User Representations. User represents and warrants to Company that: (a) User is over the age of eighteen (18) and has the power and authority to enter into and perform User’s obligations under this Agreement, (b) all information provided by User to Company is truthful, accurate and complete, (c) User is the authorized signatory of the credit or charge card provided to Company to pay the Fees, (d) User shall comply with all terms and conditions of this Agreement including, without limitation, the provisions set forth in section 5, (e) User, and not the Company, is solely responsible for the security and use of User’s password, (f) User has provided and shall provide accurate and complete registration information including, without limitation, User’s legal name, address and telephone number, (g) User acknowledges that all right, title, and interest to the Platform belongs to Company. Company reserves all rights not expressly granted to User in this Agreement and that the User may not sublicense, transfer, or assign the Platform, directly or indirectly, to any person, entity, partnership, organization, association or otherwise, for any reason.

If you provide any information that is untrue, inaccurate, not current, or incomplete, we have the right to suspend or terminate your account and refuse any and all current or future use of the Services (or any portion thereof).
User Representations. By using the Site and its services, You represent and warrant to
a. of legal age and able to form a binding contract with CloudLaw;
b. not a direct competitor of CloudLaw; and
c. duly licensed to practice law in a jurisdiction within the United States of America and are currently in good standing as a lawyer in such jurisdiction. IF YOU CANNOT TRUTHFULLY MAKE ALL OF THE ABOVE REPRESENTATIONS, YOU MAY NOT USE THE SITE.
User Representations. You hereby represent and warrant to RAZ Mobile that: (a) you (i) have reached the age of majority in the jurisdiction where you reside (generally 18, 19 or 21 years of age depending on the jurisdiction), (ii) are an emancipated minor under the laws of your jurisdiction of domicile and/or residence, or (iii) otherwise have the power and authority to enter into and perform your obligations under this Agreement; (b) all information provided by you to RAZ Mobile is truthful, accurate and complete; (c) you are an authorized signatory of the credit or debit card or other method of payment that you provide to RAZ Mobile or its third-party payment processor for Payments processed via the Donor Services and the Website; (d) you will comply with the terms and conditions of these Terms of Use and any other agreement to which you are subject that is related to your use of the Website, the Donor Services, Content or any part thereof; (e) you have provided and will maintain accurate and complete registration information with RAZ Mobile, including, without limitation, your legal name, email address and any other information RAZ Mobile may reasonably require; (f) your access to and use of the Website, the Donor Services or any part thereof and/or processing of any Payments will not constitute a breach or violation of any other agreement, contract, terms of use or any law or regulation to which you are subject; (g) you will immediately notify RAZ Mobile in the event that you learn or suspect that your registration information, username or password has been disclosed or otherwise made known to any other person;(h) you will not use the Website in order to gain competitive intelligence about RAZ Mobile, the Website or any subscription or service offered via the Website or to otherwise compete with RAZ Mobile or its affiliates; and(i) if you purport to be the agent of, represent or otherwise act on behalf of an entity or any other person, that you are in fact an authorized representative of such entity or other person. For all Donations made on the Website, you agree that you: (i) will not use an invalid or unauthorized credit card or other payment method to make a Payment; (ii) are solely responsible for selecting the correct Recipient to receive Donations; and (iii) all Donations are made as unrestricted gifts to the entity of your choice and that such funds may not be specified for any particular purpose or limited in any way. You are solely responsible for any and all acts...
User Representations. 1. You should be responsible for controlling your own Account Access and you should be solely liable for any acts committed while using your Account Access.
2. By using the Service, you represent and warrant that:
(a) all registration information you submitted will be true, accurate, current and complete;
(b) you will maintain the accuracy of such information and promptly update such registration information as necessary;
(c) you have the legal capacity and you agree to comply with these Terms of Use;
(d) you are not under 18 years old;

(f) you will not use the Service for any illegal and unauthorized purpose; and

3. You agree to compensate for all losses, harm, claims and expenses that may arise from any of your breaches of these Terms of Use.
