Utility Tables o The consultant shall coordinate with utility companies that have existing facilities in or adjacent to project limits. The coordination shall include: o Perform records research and field visits to determine the presence of underground or overhead private or public utilities during the preliminary design phase. A reasonable amount of research should be conducted, including but not limited to contact with companies identified on above-ground markers, railroad commission website research, and map requests from prominent utilities. • Level D SUE o Identify all existing utilities within the existing and proposed rights-of- way. Provide list of existing utilities with owner and contact information. Coordinate with the utility companies and provide information and schematics, as necessary. o Identify major utilities that will potentially require relocation. Major utilities are defined pipelines, concrete incased conduits, or other utilities of this nature. Overhead power lines, small gas service lines and other lines other line of this nature as not a concern. Provide a table of the existing utilities. The table shall include ID number for the potential conflicts, stations at the left right-of-way, the centerline, and right-of-way, the owner of the utility, contact name, address, phone number, and email address, any notes such as it may be in possible conflict. The table shall also include clearances from overhead or underground utilities to the proposed roadway features noting utility diameters and clearances from the utility to proposed feature (depth top utility to proposed finished grade elevation). o Identify any utilities that are within dedicated easements that will be within the proposed right-of-way. • Sight Distance o The consultant shall investigate sight distance restrictions and general operating conditions of all existing and proposed intersections along Xxxxxx Road within the project limits. o Sight distance restrictions will be investigated, and Approach and Departure Site Triangles will be developed for the intersections for determining the safe passing distance and stopping sight distance for the traffic.   • Utility Bills Copies of all utility bills (gas, electric, water and sewer) relating to the Property for the immediately prior twelve (12) month period.

  • Wage Scales All workers covered by this Agreement shall be classified and paid in accordance with the classification and wage scales as attached as Appendices "A" and forming part of this Agreement.

  • Utilities The Landlord shall provide the following utilities and services to the Tenant: _

  • INTERIM MAINTENANCE PERIOD During the interim maintenance period between obtaining of the completion certificate of such Project and formation and operationalization of the Association the Promoter shall through itself or through a facility management company to run, operate, manage and maintain the Common Areas. The Promoter shall endeavour that the committee responsible for the maintenance and operation of the Common Areas will be required to provide manpower for maintaining the Common Areas, wherever required, and to collect maintenance charges and also guest charges and the user charges for the utilities being provided on “pay by use” basis, if any. The maintenance and management of Common Areas by the committee will primarily include but not limited to maintenance of water works, common electrical installations, DG Sets, landscaping, driveways, parking areas, lobbies, lifts and staircases, AMC’s etc. It will also include safety and security of the Project such as fire detection and protection and management of general security control of the Project. The Rules/ Bye Laws to regulate the use and maintenance of the Common Areas shall during the interim maintenance period shall be framed by the Promoter with such restrictions as may be necessary for proper maintenance and all the Allottees are bound to follow the same. After the Common Areas of the Project are handed over to the Association, the Association may adopt the Rules and the Bye laws framed by the Promoter, with or without amendments, as may be deemed necessary by the Association.

  • Utility Any service provided by an outside source or manufactured in-house that facilitates building operations (e.g., gas, water, electricity, fire suppression water, fire alarm systems).

  • Wage Scale The wages shown in Appendix A will be part of this Agreement.

  • Routine Maintenance (i) CRC shall be responsible for Routine Maintenance when necessary or desirable to maintain the Shared Assets in a safe operating condition, and to permit and facilitate (A) the performance by CRC of its obligations pursuant to this Agreement, and (B) the use of Shared Assets by the Operators in accordance with this Agreement. (ii) CSXT or NSR, directly or through their respective affiliates, may perform the work which CRC performed prior to the date of this Agreement when (A) CRC does not possess the skills needed for such work, (B) CRC lacks the necessary employees to do such work in a timely fashion, or (C) CRC does not possess the equipment needed to do such work. CRC and the party performing the work shall agree to a reasonable fee for such work prior to performance. CRC, CSXT and NSR may agree to have additional work performed either by CSXT, NSR or their affiliates.
