Vacation Pay When Leaving Company. Employees who do not work a full year, anniversary to anniversary, shall receive vacation pay at the appropriate percentages as set out in Section 13.01, for the year in which they cease to work, or do not work a full year. The vacation pay shall be based on the Employee’s gross earnings for the period after the last anniversary. Such Vacation pay shall be in addition to any amounts owed from any previous year’s entitlement.
