The methods and scheduling of cleaning operations, and the equipment to used or installed, be the responsibility of the Company to decide and implement. The daily housekeeping of the warehouse and dock areas will be performed by bargaining unit members. The Company will modify fork lift equipment to govern the engine speeds so as to make the spinning of wheels by any operator impossible, and prevent the accumulation of rubber particles on the dock surface. The modificationwill be completed prior to January After January use of fork lift equipment that is not modified to make the spinning of wheels impossible will cease. If the Company receives a direction to cease use from a Union Xxxxxxx it will immediately comply with the direction. No employee will be discharged, penalized, coerced, intimidated or disciplined, or suffer a loss of pay for his refusal to operate a fork lift truck that has not been so modified. This provision exempts fork lift equipment temporarity loaned to the Company during the servicing of its equipment. Certification of Reported illness as Reason for Absence: Should the Provincial health expenses coverage cease to pay the physician's fee for a note verifying the employee's claim of having been ill, as may be required by the Company, at any time during the term of this Agreement, the Company shall pay the physician's fee.

  • Part-time Vacation Pay If the Employer currently has the computer systems’ capability to implement bi- weekly vacation pay, they shall do so by the start of the next vacation year or earlier.   • Vacation Pay Upon Termination When an employee in the bargaining unit is terminated for any reason, he/she shall be entitled to all vacation pay earned and accumulated up to and including the effective date of the termination.

The foregoing, however, shall not be construed to require the Company to establish any such plans or to prevent the modification or termination of such plans once established.

  • Deductions from Sick Leave A deduction shall be made from accumulated sick leave of all normal working days (exclusive of holidays) absent for sick leave.
