Vacation/PTO. EMPLOYEE shall be allowed to carry-over up to two hundred (200) hours from year-to-year without losing such time. EMPLOYEE shall also accrue PTO days at the maximum available to senior executives under the Executive Vacation Policy which currently provides for thirty (30) days of PTO per year.

Vacation/PTO. During the Term, Executive shall be entitled to paid vacation/personal time off in accordance with the Company’s Policies. Any vacation shall be taken at the reasonable and mutual convenience of the Company and Executive.
Vacation/PTO. Executive shall be entitled to ___ weeks of comprehensive paid time off (includes vacation, sick and personal days) (“PTO”) each year to be taken at such times as maybe be approved by the President, or his or her designee. The PTO days accrue on a monthly basis. Executive may “go in the hole” and utilize unearned PTO if approved by the President, or his or her designee. If at the end of the calendar year, the Executive has accrued PTO that he or she did not use, the Executive shall be permitted to carry forward up to 20 days of unused PTO.
Vacation/PTO. PTO utilized for vacation, as with all other time off, must, 10 except in unusual circumstances, be requested in writing in advance of the time off 11 desired, and approved or denied in writing within ten (10) calendar days of receipt of the 12 request by the Supervisor. Nurses may request, and take, up to fourteen (14) 13 consecutive vacation days off. Any request for vacation days in excess of fourteen (14) 14 days may be granted in an equitable manner by mutual agreement of the nurse and the 15 supervisor when hospital staffing and unit needs allow for such leave to occur including 16 during peak vacation periods described below. Peak vacation time shall be defined as 17 the months of June through September and spring break as determined by the Coos 18 County school system. Requests off during peak vacation time shall be submitted from 19 January 1st through March 31st for the year in which the peak vacation is to occur 20 including during peak vacation periods described below. Peak vacation requests must 21 be approved or denied, in writing, by May 1st. Approval will be based upon the 22 Hospital's determination of its staffing needs, with first consideration given to the needs 23 of particular nursing units. Nurses shall be granted vacation PTO requests based on 24 seniority; however, once granted the request shall not be subsequently rescinded 25 unless mutually agreed by the nurse and the unit manager.
Vacation/PTO. Vacation/Paid Time Off (PTO) shall be remitted with fringe benefits as an employer paid contribution; see Section A.4.

Such paid time off may be carried over from year to year to the extent permitted in accordance with standard Company policy (provided the Officer shall not be permitted to accrue more than 12 weeks of paid time off) and shall be paid to the extent accrued (and to the extent not used) as of a Termination Date. In addition, the Officer shall be entitled to all other paid time off in the form of Company holidays and sick leave (if sick leave is not included in PTO) that is provided to employees generally.
