Vehicle Appearance. Contractor must maintain the appearance of the interior and exterior of all revenue vehicles as defined in Sections 9.14 and 9.15, respectively. Penalty: Two hundred dollars ($200.00) per vehicle per occurrence, if a vehicle does not meet the requirements set in Sections 9.14 and 9.15, respectively.

Vehicle Appearance. Employees shall rinse their vehicle weekly. Vehicles 11 shall be painted in accordance to section 8.i. so as to present a professional 12 appearance.
Vehicle Appearance. The Contractor is required to maintain vehicle appearance in a clean, acceptable manner as set forth in Section 6.7 of the Scope of Work.
Vehicle Appearance. Vehicle color and striping patterns are as negotiated with staff. CONTRACTOR keeps its vehicles clean in the most environmentally sensitive way possible. Vehicle Maintenance Program CONTRACTOR’s preventive maintenance program complies with regulatory standards and manufacturer specifications. CONTRACTOR’s goal is to keep equipment running safely and efficiently, and looking clean and new. Re‐refined motor oil and re‐refined hydraulic fluid will be used in vehicles. Best Management Practices (BMPs) as relative to heavy‐duty vehicle maintenance facilities will be standard procedure. Staff will conduct routine inspections of the maintenance facility and any deviation from BMPs will be corrected by the end of that business day. Drivers will be required to complete a daily vehicle inspection report. The driver checks fluid levels and indicates any defects or deficiencies found that day. Shop personnel review the report and check any items marked by the driver as being questionable. Mechanics then make any needed repairs before the vehicle goes back onto the route. Furthermore, each vehicle undergoes a 90‐day Department of Transportation (DOT) inspection by shop personnel. Interior and exterior safety devices are inspected, such as instruments and mirrors, and the engine and electrical system are also inspected. Air and fuel lines, the clutch, brake system, and chassis components, such as the drive shaft and universal joints, are also inspected to ensure the vehicle Exhibit 00 Xxxx xx Xxxxxxx, XX COLLECTION SERVICE OPERATIONS PLAN is safe for operating. Vehicle Appearance. You agree to keep your vehicle neat and clean inside and out, which means it will be free of obstructions, garbage, loose papers, and logos or decals not approved by Home Plus. You acknowledge and agree that any logos (“Marks”) approved by Home Plus are the property of Home Plus, and that Home Plus has granted you a temporary license to use such Marks in connection with your employment. Your license to use such Marks expires immediately at the conclusion or termination of your employment with Home Plus, and you agree to remove such Marks from your vehicle immediately and return them to Home Plus as soon as practicable. Home Plus of Kentucky DOES NOT authorize the utilization of company related advertisements on any personal vehicles.
Vehicle Appearance. It is the expressed right of Adventure Out RV Park and its management to refuse entry or to allow the ongoing presence of any vehicle, RV, boat, boat trailer, or trailer, which in the opinion of Adventure Out RV Park or its management has a detrimental effect on the quality and appearance of the park.

  • Appearance The Employee must appear at the Employer’s desired workplace at the time scheduled. If the Employee does not appear, for any reason, on more than separate occasions in a 12-month calendar period the Employer has the right to terminate this Agreement immediately.
