VENUE RENTAL FEE(S. A. Lessee agrees to pay $7000 plus all applicable fees and taxes for the use of the Chapel facility on the dates and times outlined above. Fees attached as Schedule A to this agreement.

VENUE RENTAL FEE(S. Per the Wedding Package Pricing Document, the rental fee for this Event based on the date and the Access Period (paragraph 1) and estimated number of guests (paragraph 2) is “Rental Fee.” The Client agrees that they have received a copy of The Xxxx House Special Events and Wedding Venue Contract and acknowledges that this document includes incidental fees that may be incurred for activities that occur outside of the terms of this Rental Agreement. There will be a Clean-Up Fee of $250. Refundable Deposit of $500(After property is properly assessed for damages).
VENUE RENTAL FEE(S. The CLIENTS agree to pay a non-refundable SECURITY DEPOSIT of $150.00. This Payment is for the use of the venue for the specified date of event/wedding and is payable at the time of contract signature. If for any reason, Xxxxxxx Xxxx Lodge is unable to fulfill its contractual obligation under this contract, the entire deposit will be returned with no further penalties or liabilities. In the event of cancellation by the CLIENT of this special Event/Wedding, this deposit will be non-refundable. A refundable DAMAGE DEPOSIT of $150.00 (to be paid separate, returnable to the CLIENT(S) up to two(2)weeks after the event has been held once property has been inspected for potential damage from special event or wedding). The balance amount of Rent will be required on or before occupancy of the premises. This payment serves to hold the venue for the specified date of event or wedding and is payable 30 days before date of (c) Payments may be made via (cash delivery, certified check, or credit card.)
VENUE RENTAL FEE(S. (a) The Renter(s), agree to pay an initial nonrefundable deposit of 10% of the total of all fees. This payment serves to hold the venue for the specified date of event or wedding and is payable at the time of contract signature. An additional payment of 40% of the total fee is expected 30 days prior to the event.
VENUE RENTAL FEE(S. (a) The Clients or Representative for the Client (s), agree to pay an initial nonrefundable security deposit of $500.00. This payment serves to hold the venue for the specified date of event and is payable at the time of contract signature.
VENUE RENTAL FEE(S. (a) Guest(s) agree to pay an initial nonrefundable deposit of $250.00 of the $500.00 total fee upon execution of this Agreement. This payment serves to hold the venue for the specified date of event or wedding. Xxxxx agrees to pay the remaining $250.00 thirty days before date of the Special Event. Payments may be made via cash delivery, certified check, or credit card.
VENUE RENTAL FEE(S. (a) The Clients or Representative for the Client (s), agree to pay an initial NON-REFUNDABLE 1fty percent (50% + G% PA sales tax) of the total of all fees to reserve your event date. This payment serves to hold the venue for the speci1ed date of event or wedding and is payable at the time of contract signature. Warehouse 100 will use reasonable eIorts to hold your preferred date for 1ve (5) calendar days but reserves the right to schedule another event if You have not provided a signed agreement and non-refundable deposit. Event dates will only be held for 1ve (5) calendar days; from the date that Warehouse 100 accepts your request to hold a date. If a signed contract and deposit is not received by Warehouse 100 within 1ve (5) calendar days, your event date will be released. For weddings, A $500.00 security deposit will be required prior to the 1nal payment of the event. This check WILL NOT be cashed and will be returned to You UNLESS there is damage to the property or if our staI is required to clean up cigarette litter from the property after your event. If there is no damage, the security deposit will be returned to you within fourteen days after the conclusion of your event. For rentals, security deposits are structured according to the designated time frame of the agreement and are as follows. If your rental time frame is within a 0-4 hour time frame, a $100 security deposit is required - if your rental time frame is within a 4-8 hour time frame, a $200 security deposit is required - if your rental time frame is within a 8-12 hour time frame, a $300 security deposit is required.

DATE CHANGES: In the event the CLIENT(S) if forced to change the date of the event or Wedding, every effort will be made by Xxxxxxx Xxxx Lodge to transfer reservations to support the new date. The CLIENT(S) agree that in the event of a date change, any expenses including but not limited to deposits and fees that are non-refundable and non-transferable.
