Use of Grounds. All renters and guests have access to the parking lot only. Access to the parking and grounds for exclusive use requires rental of the entire facility.
Use of Grounds. NO nails, staples or bonding tapes may be used anywhere in or on the house, gazebo, or any tree on the grounds. • No rice, aerosol streamers, plastic or metal confetti may be thrown. No feather boas in photo booths. • Bubbles, birdseed and real flower petals may be used. • Tents, dance floors, generators or unusual electrical equipment must be pre-approved by the WCHS and/or the Walnut Creek Fire Department. • Excessive or unreasonably loud noise is prohibited at any time by City of Walnut Creek Ordinance Section 4-6.200-208 (copy attached). Renters agree to read and comply with the Ordinance. • The Renter is responsible for returning the grounds to a clean and safe condition. • The Renter is responsible for placing their trash in garbage cans provided. Trash removal will be provided by WCHS staff. • Spills and stains must be cleaned from all kitchen surfaces, floors, sink and appliances. • Leftover food must be removed from kitchen and either taken with the Renter or trash placed in outside trash cans provided. • Shadelands has no official catering facilities. • Access to Shadelands Ranch Museum house will be restricted to the kitchen only and may be used for limited food preparation & storage, or as a dressing area. • Parking for up to 30 cars is available in the Shadelands Ranch parking lot. • Additional parking is available in the large parking lot behind Shadelands. Walnut Creek Historical Society agrees to contact the adjacent property management to assist Renter in making private arrangements.
Use of Grounds. Requests for use of school grounds within the boundaries of the City of Kamloops are handled by the City of Kamloops Parks and Recreation Department. When grounds are assigned to an organization, each organization must sign a permit that it will be responsible for any damage to school property during their occupation of the grounds. A charge will be levied by the district for use of grounds in rural areas.
Use of Grounds. 16. Grounds Hirer must ensure that no damage is caused to the grounds, e.g. removal of turf, lighting fires, damage to trees, broken glass, discarded bottles or similar items.
17. Activity in Grounds No external activity that could cause damage to the grass areas is permitted. If in doubt, advice should be sought from the Manager about the use of the fields.

Use of Grounds. The Town retains the right to use the remaining Grounds on the Premises for park improvements, public gatherings, and other special events, provided such uses do not conflict with the TDA’s operation of the Welcome Center. Incidental use of the Welcome Center parking area for such uses is permitted, provided such uses do not conflict with visitor access to the Welcome Center.
Use of Grounds. Tenant shall use the parking lot for cars and/or trucks and/or tractor trailers owned or used by Tenant and its employees, customers, and invitees and otherwise in compliance with Section 9.09 below; Tenant shall not permit such cars, trucks or tractor trailers to be parked on any portion of the Property other than the areas designated therefor on Exhibit D. Vehicles which are not being used in Tenant's business on a regular basis (including personal cars used by Tenant's employees, customers and invitees, which for purposes hereof shall be considered to be used in connection with Tenant's business) are not permitted to be parked in the parking lot. All vehicles owned by Tenant, its employees and agents must be currently registered and licensed, or be subject to towing without notice by Landlord, the cost of which shall be Additional Rent if Tenant fails to cause the removal of such vehicles upon Landlord's request. Tenant will not obstruct the buildings comprising the Property nor allow the same to be obstructed in any manner. Tenant shall not place, or cause to be placed, anything on the exterior of the Premises or the Common Areas (including, but not limited to, raw materials, merchandise, inventory, trash, fences, storage facilities, rubbish or vending machines) without the prior written consent of Landlord.
Use of Grounds. The grounds may be decorated for the event; however, no permanent change is allowed. Tents, awnings, etc. MUST have written approval from the City of Mankato and Historical Society. It is the applicant’s responsibility to return the grounds to their original condition after the event; removing all garbage, decorations, signs, banners, flags, rental equipment and any other items directly related to the event. Photographs are allowed on the grounds, but not on the porches or in any of the buildings. No glass bottles allowed on the property. General:

The Tenant, his family, servants and guests shall use the lawns, gardens, walks, play grounds and paved areas within the area owned by the Landlord in a quiet and proper manner and with due regard to the comfort and convenience of other Tenants, and shall desist from any course of conduct considered objectionable by any agent of the Landlord upon being requested to do so, and shall not damage in any way the grass, shrubs, flowers, trees or pavement upon the said grounds.
