Winter Wear Sample Clauses

Winter WearThe Employer will supply one (1) parka every three (3) years. The parka will be cleaned annually, or as deemed needed by the Employer, at no cost to the employee. The Employer will also supply winter mitts and boots.
Winter Wear. Orders will be placed by no later than October 15th. The employee shall receive four (4) complete uniforms appropriate for winter wear and by the particular job assignment. A complete uniform shall consist of four (4) shirts and four (4) pants.
Winter WearEmployees who are required on a continuous basis to be outside during winter months shall be provided with an allowance to purchase winter wear as follows: (a) Three hundred and twenty- five dollars dollars ($325,00) plus G.S.T. once every two (2) years from date of purchase.
Winter Wear. The Maintenance and Grounds Division will be reimbursed for their choice of either insulated coveralls or insulated bib overalls. If the bib overalls are selected by the Employee, she/he may also receive reimbursement for a heavy duty winter jacket. The Custodial Division will receive reimbursement for a heavy duty winter jacket only. Reimbursement will not exceed a total of $130.00 for the two pieces- $65.00 for each piece. The color of the winter wear must be brown or black. The Employer will provide Animal Control Wardens with coats.
Winter Wear. The District shall provide a $125 allowance per fiscal year for the purchase of winter wear for all mechanics and custodial employees whose job duties require working outdoors in inclement weather.

  • Shoes All uniformed staff shall be provided with 2 pairs of shoes annually, replaceable on a normal wear and tear basis.

  • WORK CLOTHING Two sets of cotton drill protective clothing will be issued to all employees, upon request, within two weeks of commencing work with the Company. Employees will be made aware of these entitlements at the time of employment. A set of clothing will consist of either: • Two pairs of overalls; or • Two combination bib and brace; or • Two pairs of long trousers and two long sleeved shirt; or • Work denims at cost no greater than the above three choices • Clothing and footwear will be replaced on a fair wear and tear basis.

  • Cheating Cheating is prohibited, and will result in immediate action and termination without compensation.

  • Compressed Work Week The Company and Union recognize the concept of the compressed work week. It is further understood that the compressed work week conditions will apply only to those departments that are on the compressed work week.

  • Spares The Contractor shall ensure that the Contractor’s operational base at the Site is at all times stocked with spare parts for the Contractor's Equipment that meet the requirements of the Contract, together with all necessary or desirable packing and marking for that purpose and that such spare parts are sufficient to ensure that the Work /services can continue in the event of failure of the Contractor’s Equipment.

  • Time Off in Lieu of Overtime Employees who work overtime will not be required to take time off in regular hours to make up for overtime worked. Time off in lieu may be taken on a mutually agreed upon basis between the employee and the Hospital, such time off will be the equivalent of the premium rate the employee has earned for working overtime. The Hospital shall revert to payment of premium rate if time off is not taken within sixty (60) calendar days."

  • Trailers You are insured against claims arising out of your ownership, use or operation of any trailer or its equipment, provided that such trailer is not being towed by, attached to or carried on a motorized vehicle.

  • Ownership Title to Project Deliverables This clause shall apply where Contractor is commissioned by the Authorized User to furnish project deliverables as detailed in the Purchase Order.

  • Cemetery The Local Church agrees and insures that, after the Disaffiliation Date, its cemetery and/or columbarium, will continue to be maintained in substantially the same manner as presently maintained. In addition, Local Church will honor any and all contracts, deeds, and agreements for burial and/or internment in its cemetery or columbarium, as well as insuring and continued access for families and loved ones of United Methodists buried there and for burials in unfilled xxxxxx and columbarium slots (including granting an access easement to the Conference and members of the United Methodist Church for visitations, historical research, and related purposes).

  • Moonlighting Employment as a physician in a professional capacity outside of what is outlined in this Agreement, whether temporary special medical activity (“TSMA”) or external moonlighting, must be approved in writing, in advance, by the Departmental Chair, Program Director and Director of Graduate Medical Education (or designee). Even if approved, professional and general liability insurance as outlined in Section 5.4 is not provided to Trainee engaged in external moonlighting. Trainee acknowledges he or she has the responsibility to obtain insurance for such engagement. TSMA and external moonlighting must be included and reported as part of Trainee's hours spent on clinical experience and education. Trainee shall not be required to engage in any outside work.
