WORK IN COSTUME. 30.01 Employees engaged to work on stage during performances shall supply, at their own expense and for their own use, a complete set of "blacks", defined as a pair of black long legged pants and black long sleeved shirts, black socks and black soft-soled safety shoes, and a small flashlight, to be worn by the Employee as required by the Foundation during the running of performances and dress rehearsals. Blacks may include black gloves and black hoods to be provided by the Foundation.

WORK IN COSTUME. When the Corporation requires an Employee who is supplied by the Union to perform work related to the presentation in a costume supplied by the Corporation, then that individual shall be paid an additional sum equal to one (1) dollar per hour in addition to the Basic Hourly Rate for each performance so worked in said costume.
WORK IN COSTUME. When the Corporation requires an Employee who is supplied by the Union to perform work related to the presentation in a costume supplied by the Corporation, then that individual shall be paid an additional sum equal to one dollar and fifty cents ($1.50) per hour in addition to the Basic Hourly Rate for each performance so worked in said costume.

  • WORK CLOTHING 1. The State shall continue to furnish foul weather gear and work clothing, such as aprons, smocks, shop coats, lab coats, coveralls and boots to employees furnished such clothing in the past. The State shall be responsible for continuing to provide laundering of work clothing where such service is being provided as of the effective date of this Agreement.

  • Overtime Work A. Overtime pay is to be paid at the rate of one and one- half (1½) times the basic hourly straight-time rate.

  • Moving Expenses Reimbursements and procedures will be in accordance with the Department of Administrative Services, Chief Human Resource Office Policy 40.055.10, and its successors. Changes in this policy will be automatically incorporated into this contract Article.

  • Construction Cost 3.1. Construction Cost does not include the fees of the ARCHITECT/ENGINEER and consultants, the cost of the land, rights- of-way, or other costs, which is the responsibility of the State as provided in Paragraphs 2.2 through 2.3. or any of the contingencies available for the project unless specifically stated otherwise.

  • Temporary Living Expenses An employee shall be entitled to reimbursement for meals and lodging for up to twenty (20) working days, as provided by procedures of the Department of Administrative Services, following a transfer initiated by the Employer.
