Work Specification. A. CONTRACTOR RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Contractor shall ensure that work performed on this contract is conducted by experienced, qualified staff. Applicable certifications or licenses should be submitted with project as well as prior performance records for similar projects.
2. Contractor shall perform all work in accordance with all federal, state, local codes and City of Austin terms and conditions and the following references: • National Electrical Manufacturers Association (NEMA), MG-1 Motors and Generators • Institute of Electrical Electronics Engineers, Inc. (IEEE) 112B Standard Test Procedure for Polyphase Induction Motors and Generators • American National Standards Institute (ANSI) MW 1000 Magnet Wire • Electrical Apparatus Service Association (EASA) Guidelines • American Bearing Manufacturers Association (ABMA) Standard 7 Shaft and Housing Fits for Metric Radial Ball and Roller Bearings (Except Tapered Roller Bearing) Conforming to Basic Boundary Plan
3. Contractor shall perform all services authorized in writing by Austin Energy according to the agreed upon project scope of work.
4. Contractor shall submit a quote for all work, per project work scope, including all transportation/shipping charges to the City of Austin specified Austin Energy location. Sample classifications for bid are included in Solicitation documents.
5. Contractor shall perform maintenance and repairs of large electric motors for Austin Energy using the model procedure described in this document and on the attached, applicable form(s). When using the model procedure found in this document, Section6.E Procedural Requirements, the Contractor shall modify with appropriate model numbers, tolerances, etc., for the specific equipment.
6. Contractor shall return the motor to the point of origin within 14 calendar days from the time of pickup or as agreed upon in the project work scope.
7. Contractor shall provide a warranty on repairs for a period of not less than one (1) year from the date the motor is placed into service.
8. Contractor shall have access to and the ability to provide original equipment manufacturer (OEM), approved equal parts (i.e. aftermarket, or other-than OEM parts), or upgraded parts/equipment as requested by Austin Energy per each specific project scope of work.
9. Contractor shall adhere to each plant’s specific Contractor Work Requirements and Guidelines, attached as Exhibit X.

Work Specification. Domain name suggestions if required. Setup and configuration of web hosting account and registration of domain name. Email setup. Installation and configuration of WordPress platform and back-end database on your own hosting account web space. You maintain full ownership and control of your website. Work Specification. One (1) Bus for + - 22 personnel departs from Rossburgh Station at 06h30, proceeding to Pier 1 (Berth 100). One (1) bus + - 22 personnel departs from Pier 1 (Berth 100) at 15h40 & proceeds to Rossburgh Station. Transnet National Ports Authority reserves the right to make slight alterations to the time schedule as and when deemed necessary and cancel certain trips that maybe no longer required. The service will run from Mondays to Fridays each week (excl. Saturdays, Sundays and Public Holidays).

This part covers the provision of a bus in the Morning to transport +- 30 personnel from the Berea Market Bus Terminal, to Iran Road (Pollution Control Depot.) , the bus will stop at Shop 24 to drop off some employees and thereafter to proceed to Iran Road, Pollution Control Depot and in the afternoon one (1) Bus from Pollution Control Depot, via Shop 24 to pick up three employees after the Transnet Engineering Department’s set of robots, turn at Xxxxxxx Butchery into Umbilo Road and proceed straight to the Berea Market Bus Terminal Station where all the employees will be dropped off. Transnet National Ports Authority reserves the right to make slight alterations to the time schedule as and when deemed necessary and cancel certain trips that maybe no longer required. The service will run from Mondays to Fridays each week (excl. Saturdays, Sundays and Public Holidays) not unless required. The employees will be picked up at 11:30 from the Pollution Control Depot only on their payday dates, for instance if the 27th falls on a Sunday therefore the payday will fall on Friday the 25th of that month. Pollution Control will also need the Adhoc transport as and when required, for when the need for overtime arises, Employees Imbizo or other unplanned circumstances arises whether during the week, holidays or the weekends and on unspecified times.
Work Specification. This part covers the provision of a (1) Bus in the Morning to transport 60 personnel from Berea Station to R-Shed Marine Service Depot (via Quayside road) and back from R- Shed to Berea station, again in the Afternoon one (1) Bus from Berea Station to R- Shed Marine Service via Quayside road, Port of Durban. Provision of 14 seater mini bus “taxi” to transport staff working late, (beyond 18:30) due to emergencies, to be taken to place of residence in and around Durban.

This part covers the provision of a bus the provision of 2 (two) busses (one bus each) for the transportation of employees to and from Durban and King Dinizulu (Berea Road) Station to 45 Bay Terrace and Ocean Terminal Building with collection points at Xx. Xxxxxx Kaseme (West Street) (outside “Pep” stores): Xxxxxx Xxxxxx (Aliwal Street) (outside “Kings Restaurant”) and Quayside Road (Customs Building), Port of Durban for + - 50 personnel in the morning and also in the afternoon.
Work Specification. The Contractor shall provide nine reports at weekly intervals (unless otherwise stated) during the UK harvest period (approximately mid-July to end-September) and a final harvest review report summarising progress and including estimates of yield and quality for each English region and for Scotland and Wales with a comparison with the previous year. The report shall include a forecast for the total harvest production for the year in question which provides for anticipated yield (expressed as tonnes per hectare (t/ha)) and overall quality based on pre harvest crop status and yield and quality results of the harvested crop as the harvest progresses. The report shall be sent electronically to the Authority by mid-day Wednesday in each of the nine weeks. The date for delivery of the final review report shall be agreed between the Authority and the Contractor. Weekly reports shall include:
Work Specification. The Contractor shall produce six reports a year on plantings of combinable crops and the development of the crops during the growing season (normally November and February to June) and a comparison with the previous year. In addition to the main combinable crops, the reports shall also refer to any significant issues regarding minor arable crops (such as linseed, flax, hemp, sunflowers, soya, borage, lupins) and shall be sent electronically to the Authority on the agreed date (likely to be the last working day of the month concerned). Reports to include:
Work Specification. The Contractor shall produce eleven monthly industry update reports (no report for the month of January) covering the horticultural and potato industries. It shall cover in particular the top and soft fruits sectors, the field vegetables sector, the potato sector (ware and processing) and the protected salads sector. The ornamentals sector (protected and outdoor) will be included in six updates (February, April, June, August, October and December). The mushroom sector will be reported on an occasional basis (e.g. 2/3 times per annum). The reports shall include industry and company news updates, details of commercial investments and developments, review of trading conditions and discussion of industry concerns, updates on cropping trends (where appropriate) and factors driving these for each sector, crop reports (including information on disease/pest pressures, weather and impact on sowing/planting, flowering, crop development, harvest, use of irrigation, yields and crop quality) as well as comment on the implications of reported developments for the wider supply chain including EU member states and import/export partner countries. This will put the UK situation in context of wider issues and allow for a more intelligent overview of the market pressures, both positive and negative. The report should also include a diary of all known future events in the horticulture and potato industries. Reports shall be sent electronically to the Authority.
Work Specification. The Contractor will provide briefings during emergency situations such as, but not solely, flooding, extremes of temperature, transport disruption and drought. These will be required often at short notice and potentially on a regular basis to keep the Authority up to date with emerging issues and pictures from within the sectors covered. Precise specifications for this service will be agreed at the time of request. This work would normally take priority over other ongoing work under the Contract.
