Work Week Shift. Once every six (6) shooting weeks, or more frequently where agreed by the Employer and Union, the Employer may shift the work week by doing the following:

Work Week Shift. The normal work week shall be five (5) consecutive days of eight (8) consecutive hours each.. A one-half (1/2) hour unpaid intermission for a meal shall be allowed. Employees who agree to remain on-site and work during their lunch will be paid for such time worked. Normal shift hours shall be as follows: Day shift: Between 6:00AM to 6:00PM. A shift differential of 10% plus the basic wage rate will be paid for all shifts beginning between 12:00PM and 6:00AM. The Company may schedule outside of normal hours limited numbers to efficiently meet reasonable Customer demands and maintain adequate service. Scheduled Saturdays and Sundays shall be paid at the overtime rate of (11/2) times the basic rate plus differential when applicable. Unscheduled Sundays shall be paid at the double time rate plus differentials when applicable. Double times shall be two (2) times the employees basic rate. One fifteen (15) minute paid break shall be given during an eight (8) hour shift. Shifts will be assigned on a seniority-qualified basis, out of the appropriate work group.

  • Work Week The work week will begin at 12:00 a.m. on Sunday and end at 11:59 p.m. the following Saturday.

This shall not restrict the extension of the employee’s usual and customary workday or workweek when such is necessary to carry on the business of the School District. Employees who actually work more than forty (40) hours per week will receive overtime pay (time-and-a-half).

The length of time over which the hours of work per week are to be averaged shall be determined locally and shall be set out in the Local Provisions Appendix.

  • Four Day Work Week 28 1. If a holiday falls on an employee's first or second scheduled day 29 off, the preceding work day will be observed as that employee's holiday, or the 30 employee may choose to bank the holiday leave hours.

  • Hour Shifts When the Employer deems it necessary to implement a twelve (12) hour work day, affected employees shall be notified pursuant to Clause 14.05. The following Clauses shall be replaced or added to the Collective Agreement where appropriate.

  • Normal Work Week The normal work week shall be thirty-seven and one-half (37 1/2) hours, and the normal daily hours of work shall be seven and one-half (7 1/2) hours, exclusive of a meal period.
