Workforce Development and Training. Work in collaboration with regional partners and other RTOs to develop tourism sector-based strategies that help address the needs of tourism employers and workers and provide visitors with enhanced experiences. Identify and participate in projects to address short- and long-term sector skill needs and other workforce development issues. Develop linkages with employment and training community partners and government programs to advance workforce development within the tourism sector. Establish annual targets for workforce/training strategies, so that the results can be compared to the desired or expected return.
Workforce Development and Training. 32. Defendants will establish a workforce development collaborative that operates independently and is co-led by youth and families, state systems, and partner universities to develop sustainable local and statewide education, training, coaching, mentoring, and technical assistance to support agencies in providing WISe to fidelity standards.
33. Defendants will develop a WISe workforce according to a WISe workforce development plan.
Workforce Development and Training. The Provider must ensure that all staff members that deliver the needle exchange provision within the pharmacy have had the appropriate level of training, as follows: At least one face-to-face training session (set up by Commissioners) every two years. CPPE training in understanding substance use and level 2 safeguarding. Completion of any e-learning modules specified by Commissioners. Supervision by an experienced member of staff within the pharmacy at the start of their experience. Providers will be given reference materials at the start of the contract which will enable staff to understand the equipment being given out, what it is used for and how to give information to Service Users about it. Pharmacy champions must be released from duties for specialist training sessions, as provided by the Commissioner. It is the responsibility of the Provider to ensure all staff delivering this Service receive the training above and any further training deemed necessary by the Provider, e.g. how to handle sharps correctly, and what to do in the event of a needle-stick injury.
Workforce Development and Training. Within available resources, the County will provide the maximum in quality staff development. County participation through expense reimbursement or approval of leave will only occur where there is a reasonable expectation that the employee's work performance or value to the County will be enhanced as a result of the course of study.
